I was always excited about sports and as a child i loved sport activities. My career started as a dancer, bit when i moved to Dubai for the first time i watched an aerial acrobatic show, my heart stopped and i knew at that moment i have to do this. 2-You became a professional in acrobatics, what did you most like to do in your performances? Aerial acrobatics is not a pure sport because apart from strength and a lot of practice it requires you to act, to "live" in your character on stage. What captivated me the most was living in the character, feeling joy, love, drama and sorrow and sharing it with the audience. 3-Today you are a professional model, how was this career transition? I was always modelling from the age of 16, did my very first snaps spent all my pocket money on it. Just when i got into professional sport it started taking more of my time. - “I need to lift my nose”, says the Brazilian after going to events with members of the British royal
Photo Disclosure Press Imagining yourself in a luxurious event of select British high society, some of which even count with the presence of members of the royal family, may seem something very distant for any woman who does not have a title behind her surname. But for Brazilian Mirian Carter, 38, no. Natural da Bahia, the digital influencer married an Englishman and moved permanently to the country of the monarchy. From the “sim”, Mirian knew that her life would turn upside down, but despite the infinitely better quality of life in a first world country, she was always attentive to the challenges that faced her. “If he asked me to marry, I have to understand the reality of him. I had a moment of my life that I began to live within English society. I am very preconceived”, says Mirian, who decided to care and face the rejection head on. I was starting to say that I decided that I needed to turn my nose up myself. I had to change my position so as not to be run over. So preconceived for being Brazilian, because of the fame that Brazilians have of destroying marriages. But I managed to excel by my skin, by my natural elegance, because people have an elegance that they see from within, which does not mean expensive clothes or bags. “Minha mãe never taught me to behave, she taught us to be honest”, she tells an influencer. Among the events that she attends, Mirian Carter frequents the remarkable Royal Ascot, famous for the hat parade. “What makes Royal Ascot special is the pageantry and its rich traditions, with visitors wearing their best suits, dresses and, of course, chapels. The Ascot Racecourse was founded over 300 years ago by Rainha Anne, a great horse racing family. Since then, he received or patronized eleven other monarchs. The summer racing received the royal title in 1911 and became one of the two most anticipated sporting events of the year, combining elegant clothing with heritage, bravery and tradition”, she explains. An influencer highlights the importance of this event on the English calendar. “The Royal Ascot is the apex of the British horse racing calendar and the most valuable in the country, with thousands of pounds in prizes. Each day of the racing is traditionally started when His Royal Highness and other members of the Royal Family ride along the track in the traps pulled by horses. This Royal Process originated or began in 1825, when King George IV drove four other carriages with members of the Royal Family for part of the course”. The Brazilian also hosts the 5 Hertford Street Club, the only private club that Prince William frequents to socialize with friends. “William was in this club celebrating the anniversary of a friend, whilst she was with her daughter, who was now 18 years of age. It was in 2019. These clubs are not allowed internal photos. Only members have permission for entry and it is normal to spend a minimum of two years on the waiting list. 5 Hertford Street is the most exclusive and difficult to enter. To gain access to the clubs of British high society as a member you will need two letters of recommendation. “It was necessary to have this recommendation from someone who was already a member. Those people wrote a letter saying that they met me, telling a little about my personal pleasures, about my family, among other things. Some clubs would be able to accept these recommendations and others would not”, says Mirian, who says that before the marriage, her husband was not used to frequenting these places. “At that time my husband has never been in English society. He was always more reserved and, despite never having been free from all that glamor of high society, I was always curious and wanted to understand that world. It was there that I started looking for information on how to start frequenting these clubs. I already met a personal dese meio, who appreciated me very much dear, and made some friends who ended up recommending me ”, she completes.
- Kauan Berdinazzi: LGBTQUIAP+ acceptance model gains prominence in the media!
Credits: Model: @Kauan_berdinazz Photo: @glauberbassi Make: @leticia_rocha202 Director general: @directorhooks Kauan Berdinazzi is from Salvador (Ba), Soteropolitano and now resides in Italy in Lodi! She is currently working on her modeling career, which she had already started here in Brazil, and it was one of the key points in her decision to move to Italy! Kauan is a supporter of the cause in favor of LGBTQUIAP+ due to his experience and his experiences, he has become a great model of overcoming when it comes to the subject. In recent years, the fight for equal rights and inclusion of LGBTQUIAP+ people has gained more and more space in the media and society in general. In this context, a new model emerges that aims to promote acceptance of these people, encouraging empathy and understanding. The idea is to promote empathy and understanding, showing that each person is unique and has the right to live freely, without prejudice or discrimination. However, despite the advances, the fight for equality is still long and challenging. There are still many cases of prejudice and discrimination against LGBTQUIAP+ people, and it is essential that society engages in this fight for a fairer and more inclusive world. In this way, we need more examples of struggle and courage like Kauan, who overcame his own issues to become a forerunner in the subject and lead as an example people who need shelter, so that they feel encouraged to be who they are! We had the opportunity to interview the model that exudes beauty, charisma and talent! Come with us! Kauan Berdinazzi a pleasure to have you here with us at Hooks! Tell us a little more about your trajectory, where are you from, and where do you live now? I'm from Salvador Ba: Soteropolitan I currently reside in Italy in Lodi. 2-When did you realize that you did not identify with the norms of gender and/or sexual orientation expected by society? How was that process? Still in childhood, I observed my effeminate aspects, and concluded that society manifested itself retroactively in confrontation with me, very disgusted by the way, it was then that I decided that I needed to deal with self-acceptance, something challenging and that needs to be built over time. of time in the face of much self-knowledge. 3-How do you believe the media can help LGBTQUIAP+ representation? What are your views on the current representation of LGBTQUIAP+ people in the media? Fortunately, we currently have strong personalities on social media, who, like me, are part of the LGBTQIA+ class and daily see some taboos being broken, that is, the media is really of great help! 4-How does your gender identity and/or sexual orientation influence your career as a model? What are the challenges and opportunities you face? Sincerely and honestly, today would be my first questionnaire about, it would really be the first opportunity to be acquired and carried out on top of a real catwalk, as the others were denied to me simply because of my sexual orientation! Unfortunately, there is still a lot of prejudice, but I believe that we are on the right path and are constantly fighting so that future generations do not have to face this type of situation. 5-Have you ever participated in any campaign or project related to the LGBTQUIAP+ cause? How was that experience? What do you hope to achieve with this kind of work? Yes, I have already participated assiduously in several, first LGBTQIAP+ parades, but at the level of Salvadoran neighborhoods, I contributed, bureaucratically (searching for permissions in city halls, and police assistance) for the safety of our movement! 6-What is your message for people who are still discovering themselves and facing difficulties regarding their gender identity and/or sexual orientation? And what impact do you hope to make as an LGBTQUIAP+ model? What do you want to represent to people? Self-acceptance is liberating, a unique and indescribable achievement, I would represent the gay and black class that does everything to go wrong, overcomes and overcomes all obstacles! 7- And last but not least: what is your voice? What would you like to shout out to the world if you had the opportunity? The probability of being happy together is acceptance and respect, because we are all worthy and we can, even if we have different sexual orientation, economic class and skin color, love each other and respect our differences, because learning the unknown is to gain knowledge!

Photo credit: Getty Images/RCGD Global Hollywood power couple Suzy Amis Cameron (right) and James Cameron (left) in bespoke Vivienne Westwood and Huntsman looks made from TENCEL™ brand lyocell fibers at the London premiere. Photo credit: Getty Images/RCGD Global “TENCEL™ has a longstanding partnership with RCGD Global to promote eco-couture at the Oscars. We are proud to extend the collaboration to other red carpets and further promote the adoption of sustainable materials in luxury fashion and beyond. Red carpet events not only reach a wider audience, they are also great platforms to demonstrate that fashion can be sustainable. By leading by example, together we can propel the textile and fashion industry towards a more sustainable and circular future,” said Harold Weghorst, Global Vice President of Marketing and Branding at Lenzing AG. ''We are once again happy to collaborate with TENCEL™️ on another important occasion for RCGD Global. Avatar II is a film that is very dear to us and with such an important sustainable message. For our first post-Oscars red carpet moment, we wanted to highlight fabric innovations and showcase eco-conscious fashion in a way that reflected the film's central theme,” said Samata Pattinson, CEO of RCGD Global. In Los Angeles, lead actress Zoe Saldaña walked the premiere's red carpet in support of the RCGD Global x TENCEL™ sustainability campaign carrying a black Tyler Ellis clutch lined with a fabric made from biodegradable TENCEL™ fibers. Styled by Petra Flannery, the bag's lining was in a shade of blue that pays homage to Avatar. At the same event, British actor Henry Cavill wore a double-button coat with a peaked lapel and straight pockets, created by Huntsman with TENCEL™ Lyocell fibers, with a defined waist and high armhole. "I decided to support RCGD Global because they are highlighting yet another way for all of us to take a step forward to protect the planet and its people. It is highly unlikely that any one of us can change an entire lifestyle at once, but by taking small steps, making small changes, especially if made in large numbers, can make a difference. Sustainable materials for clothing are one of those ways. Just as important, sustainability in clothing does not mean a lack of quality - The fabrics that The Huntsman provided me are really sustainable, while your tailoring remains impeccable - even for a moving target like me!" said Henry Cavill. Earlier in London, James Cameron wore a beautiful timeless black Huntsman tuxedo made from TENCEL™ brand lyocell fibers. Suzy Amis Cameron stunned in a custom-made, ethically and environmentally responsible Vivienne Westwood dress made from a luxurious navy blue fabric with TENCEL™ brand lyocell fiber. The dress features a draped bodice and an elegant train. RCGD Global and TENCEL™ continue their partnership to showcase casual wear using cellulose-based botanicals or recycled materials to drive the circular economy in fashion. To qualify as an RCGD Global eco-conscious garment, each garment must be made from sustainable materials - including organic, recycled or repurposed fibers. At first we would like you to tell us who you are in your vision? I see myself in the moment of transition, where I begin to see that all the steps I have taken up to now in my life, begin to make real sense, since through these steps my eyes were able to see more about the world and its cultures, and it opened my mind about the actions of the next plans. 2- Its content covers the world of fashion, culture and even travel. How did you arrive at this approach? How it started. This decision is not something I can describe in a temporal way, since I experience fashion in my day-to-day life and this culture so different from mine, it became too big to fit only inside me, and together, it's so incredible that I went through not finding it fair to have this all to myself, I started to be consumed by this desire to express all of this, first with the people close to me and then with everyone. 3- About travelling, do you currently live in South Korea, do you identify with the country's culture? What attracted you to Korea? A culture so different from mine, which respected me as a human being, as a woman, which allowed me to be who I was, and in such an easy way to absorb their culture, is something extremely passionate, it was being at home away from home, creating my own home! 4- What is your focus for the future in relation to your career? Now more mature, with more experience, the plans are starting to stop being plans and become goals, and I have many cool things that I will soon be able to share, you know, secrecy is the soul of the business! But wait, it's really going to be something I like to say: Immersively visionary! 5- About the fashion world, do you have a profile that stands out in fashion, did you always like the area? One thing I know is, fashion has always been with me since I was a little girl, and always encouraged by two other fantastic women, my mother and my grandmother, and also by friends and professionals in the area, one of whom always told me "more than beauty, you are attitude, an alchemist of human relationships", and being able to move between worlds and social classes gave me the strength to create my identity and use that as fuel, to make fashion my life. 6- Finally, we would like you to leave a message for the readers, something that makes you keep fighting, it could be a sentence or inspiration. I think that at this moment I can allow myself to say that the support, the encouragement, the opportunities helped me by being a directing compass, but my restlessness, my internal desire to be myself made me make the right choices, because somehow intimately I always knew. Being myself does not make me individualistic, but unique, and the rare is beautiful and striking, I want people to see themselves as unique and singular, irreplaceable in the grandeur of the gift that life is, and thus to be a source of inspiration and transformation for others, a key to free others from their own prisons, with the ultimate goal of being happy!
