  • Tory Burch Fall 2025: A New Take on American Sportswear

A Journey Between the Classic and the Unfinished at NYFW Tory Burch, Winter 2025 / Photo: Getty Images Tory Burch has a rare talent: turning the familiar into something unexpected. For Fall 2025, presented at New York Fashion Week, the designer stayed true to her obsession with the pillars of American sportswear but with a perspective that floats between nostalgia and experimentation. While her recent collections fully embraced sporty references, this time, the pendulum swings back toward a more hybrid territory—a blend of effortless tailoring and casual elements that challenge the idea of perfection. Tory Burch, Winter 2025 / Photo: Getty Images The collection unfolds like a “wardrobe collected over time,” as Burch herself described it. This concept is reflected in the choice of materials, the loose, almost unstructured silhouettes, and the intentional use of finishes that evoke the wear and tear of time. There is a sense of imperfection that feels deliberate, as if the pieces have been shaped by use, by the stories they carry. The Game of Updated Classics Tory Burch, Winter 2025 / Photo: Getty Images On the runway, tailoring takes on a more relaxed feel, with oversized blazers that don’t aim to fit perfectly but rather move naturally with the body. Track pants and utility jackets—remnants of the brand’s recent love affair with sportswear—appear sparingly, like echoes of a recent past still present in the brand’s DNA. Open-sleeved cardigans draped over the shoulders add a styling touch that aligns with the collection’s effortless aesthetic, while coats with elongated, curved sleeves subtly reinterpret proportions. At times, the attempt to update classics feels more complex than necessary, but the show reaches its peak in the final looks. From look 31 onward, Tory Burch delivers some of the most compelling proposals: pleated dresses and silhouettes that reference the 1940s and 1950s, yet with subtly altered proportions, creating an unexpected and contemporary effect. A Balance Between Memory and the Future Tory Burch, Winter 2025 / Photo: Getty Images Tory Burch’s Fall 2025 collection is not a radical reinvention but rather a refined evolution of the brand’s ongoing journey. The challenge of modernizing American sportswear without falling into the obvious is no easy task, and while some moments in the collection feel tentative, there is a careful construction of identity happening here. Tory Burch is not just dressing the modern woman—she is dressing a story, a personal archive that evolves over time. Tory Burch, Winter 2025 / Photo: Getty Images For those following the brand’s evolution, it feels like Burch is fine-tuning her narrative. And if Fall 2025 teaches us anything, it’s that fashion can be a game of memory, where the new is built upon the layers of the past. Tory Burch, Winter 2025 / Photos: Getty Images

  • Milla Vieira, Miss São Paulo 2024, Begins a New Chapter in Canada and Plans Expansion in Fashion

Photos Disclosure Press After winning the title of Miss São Paulo 2024, model and influencer Milla Vieira is living a new chapter in her journey. Driven by love, she moved to Canada, where she plans to establish both her professional and personal base. "I’m getting married this year, and my fiancé is Canadian. During the Miss competition, right before Miss Brazil, I came here to meet his family and fell in love. From that point, I started working on making this my base," Milla reveals. Her experience as Miss sparked an adventurous and determined spirit in her, driving her personal growth. "The Miss competition awakened a part of me that was asleep, you know?! The part of me that takes risks, that is always seeking to learn. I’ve never studied so much in my life as I did during the Miss competition. I took classes in communication, runway, public speaking, English, and Spanish," she shares. New Life, New Challenges Adapting to the new country has brought significant moments, such as her first photoshoot in the snow. "It was beautiful! Walking on, touching, and feeling the snow was a childhood dream of mine. Making another country my permanent base is something new for me. I’ve lived abroad for over 10 years, but never permanently. I was always moving every 3 to 6 months to attend fashion weeks. Now it’s different. The snow is as symbolic for me as a blank page," she reflects. Regarding the challenges of the move, Milla faces everything with enthusiasm. "The biggest challenge is opening up and allowing yourself to embrace the new. And I’ve always been in search of the new. Besides, I’ve been very well received here in Canada. I already feel at home!" she states. Career Expansion and New Projects Moving to Canada also represents an expansion of opportunities for her career in fashion and entertainment. With agents in New York and Miami, and Toronto being an important hub in the industry, Milla sees possibilities for international growth. Still, she maintains strong ties to Brazil. "Whenever possible, I will work in Brazil. In April, I have some jobs scheduled, including the campaign for my brand, which I want to photograph there," she reveals. For the model, exploring new cultures and languages is essential for her personal and professional growth. "For me, it’s vital. We grow with challenges, with differences. Each encounter, each person I meet teaches me something. Next week, I have a wedding in India, and I can’t wait. It will be my first time there, and I’m sure it will be one of the most enriching experiences of my life!" she shares. Milla is also in the final stages of creating her clothing and accessories brand, which will have a strong Brazilian identity. "The pieces, for the most part, are handmade and carry the essence of our Brazil. I can’t wait to share it! It’s beautiful! And the best part is that the project extends globally. Today, with the internet and good logistics, we can embrace the world!" she concludes.

  • Carolina Herrera In Full Bloom: Winter Blossoms at NYFW

Photos Disclosure Carolina Herrera - Getty High above Central Park, in a raw industrial space, Carolina Herrera transformed its Fall 2025 presentation into an enchanted garden. Creative director Wes Gordon brought the duality of nature and the city to life, creating a runway where 3,000 ranunculus flowers seemed to bloom through the concrete floor. “Growth has its season,” Gordon wrote in the show notes. “As long as the roots are not severed, all is well and all will be well.” This message of renewal and continuity echoed throughout the collection, celebrating the power of florals even in the coldest months. The Aesthetic: Winter in Bloom Winter florals took center stage, appearing in vibrant prints, intricate embroidery, and shimmering textures. The silhouettes were fluid and romantic, featuring billowing gowns and flowing fabrics that added movement and elegance to the runway. But the collection wasn’t all about florals. Clean black-and-white lace combinations brought a sophisticated contrast, while slinky sheer knit dresses covered in paillettes introduced a modern, sensual edge. And for those keeping an eye on trends, one thing stood out: capes are making a comeback. The Impact More than just a fashion show, Carolina Herrera’s Fall 2025 collection was an ode to femininity and rebirth, proving that even in winter, style can bloom. Blending romance, sophistication, and a touch of daring, Wes Gordon reaffirms the brand’s legacy—keeping its roots intact while paving the way for the future.

  • Dr. Daniel Machado: A Synonym for Excellence and Innovation in Facial Harmonization

'BEAUTY' COVER EDITION - FEBRUARY 25 ISSUE Credits: @coradigital - Text and production: @duo.strategy Dentistry has always been a passion for Dr. Daniel Machado , but it was in facial harmonization that he found his true calling. With a career marked by pioneering work, he has become a national and international reference, sharing his expertise at major conferences and courses, including Harvard and the M.A.R.C. Institute. A Master in Medicine and a specialist in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, he combines science and art to transform lives, always with an innovative and natural approach to aesthetics. Leading the Pròspere Facial Institute, Dr. Daniel Machado not only trains new professionals but also spearheads research on cellular regeneration, one of the biggest trends in the field. His personalized approach, focused on each patient’s individuality, redefines standards and inspires an entire generation of specialists. Now, he achieves another milestone in his career as he graces the cover of Hooks Magazine , sharing his vision for the future of facial harmonization and the impact of aesthetics on self-esteem and well-being. A Calling That Began in Childhood Since childhood, Dr. Daniel had already shown a fascination for dentistry. Whenever he visited the dentist, he would ask for instruments to play with and explore, as if he already knew this would be his path. His passion grew stronger, leading him to dive deep into his studies until he became one of Brazil’s top specialists. Throughout his journey, he realized that facial harmonization was a field that required a more refined approach. “I felt that something was missing for patients to look even better and more beautiful. That final touch was what made me want to pursue this path,” he explains. This decision led him to achieve major milestones in the field, such as speaking at the world’s leading conferences and training thousands of students with his innovative techniques. From Brazil to the World: An International Reference in Facial Harmonization Dr. Daniel Machado has gained recognition not only in Brazil but also abroad. His talent has led him to speak at the Brazilian Society of Aesthetic Dentistry (SBOE), one of the most prestigious events in the country, as well as at Harvard and conferences across Europe. "I was invited to speak at Harvard because of my prominence in Brazil. In Europe, companies that distribute facial harmonization products invited me to teach courses in Portugal and Italy," he shares. He was also one of the few Brazilians selected to teach at the MARC Institute in Miami. After being introduced by a professor from the program, he underwent a rigorous selection and evaluation process, earning a place among the institute’s top specialists. Today, he has been working in the United States for nine years. And his international journey continues. Recently, he received an invitation to speak at a prestigious congress in Stockholm, bringing together the world’s leading experts in facial harmonization. Courses, Innovation, and Leadership in Facial Harmonization Education His passion for teaching led Dr. Daniel to create the Pròspere Facial Institute, now a leading institution in Brazil for professional training. The institute has already trained over 10,000 students, offering everything from introductory courses to advanced residency programs. "Our courses stand out for being extremely hands-on. Additionally, we have published three books that serve as a foundation for our students and a highly qualified team of instructors," he explains. With growing demand, Pròspere has started welcoming international students, especially from Spanish-speaking countries. In every class, at least one foreign student is present, further solidifying the institute as a reference beyond Brazil. The evolution of facial harmonization also led to the creation of Faces Brasil , a network of clinics that will apply the institute’s techniques in an accessible and standardized way. “Our goal is to expand across Brazil and, in the future, to the United States,” he reveals. Regen-X®️ Multi: Innovation in Facial Harmonization One of the most groundbreaking advancements led by Dr. Daniel is Regen-X®️ Multi , an innovative product that is revolutionizing aesthetic treatments. "It works at three different depths: in the subcutaneous layer, with collagen stimulators; in the dermis, through targeted applications; and in the epidermis, with microneedling," he explains. The product's key innovation lies in its ability to rejuvenate aging cells, stimulating them to behave as if they were young again. “Many patients didn’t see good results with traditional treatments because their cells were no longer producing collagen. With Regen-X®️ Multi, we can reverse this condition.” The product was recently launched at CIOSP , and its first training session quickly sold out. Now, new classes are already being formed to meet the growing demand. Working with Influencers and Athletes Among his patients, Dr. Daniel treats influencers and athletes who seek high-level aesthetic care. "Many surfers, for example, were hesitant about undergoing facial treatments. But over time, I showed them how sun exposure and a fast metabolism directly impact their appearance. We work with preventive procedures to help them maintain a youthful look for longer." The treatments he offers are designed to preserve natural beauty , enhancing each patient’s individual features. "My goal has never been to change faces, but rather to highlight natural traits and prevent premature aging," he emphasizes. The Future of Facial Harmonization For Dr. Daniel, facial harmonization is evolving toward a stronger focus on regenerative aesthetics . Technologies such as lasers, microfocused ultrasound, and collagen biostimulators are gaining popularity and becoming increasingly sophisticated. "The future of facial harmonization is not just about adding volume to the face, but about regenerating it from the inside out, promoting real cellular rejuvenation," he highlights. According to the specialist, this future has already begun.

  • Christopher John Rogers Takes a Deep Breath at NYFW

Collection 015, ‘Exhale,’ Marks the Designer’s Return to the Runway Photo: Filippo Fior After seven years away from the official New York Fashion Week calendar, Christopher John Rogers made a triumphant return with his Fall 2025 collection, ‘Exhale.’ The name couldn’t be more fitting: after a meteoric rise that cemented his place at the top of American fashion, the designer has found a new rhythm—more mature, more intentional, yet still bursting with the exuberance that made him a standout in the industry. A New Era for CJR Photo: Filippo Fior Since his NYFW debut in 2018, Rogers and his team have been on a whirlwind journey. Fresh out of college, they quickly gained recognition, securing major accolades like the CFDA/Vogue Fashion Fund in 2019 and the CFDA Emerging Designer of the Year Award the following year. His ascent was swift, and his maximalist aesthetic—defined by bold colors, sculptural silhouettes, and a touch of theatricality—made him a favorite among celebrities and even the White House. Photo: Filippo Fior Now, Rogers returns not just as an established designer but as someone who has taken the time to pause, breathe, and redefine his relationship with fashion. “Last year was a season of introspection, of reassessing what really mattered to us,” he shared backstage. “I felt the need to come back and present a body of work at the same time as my peers, to be part of the conversation about what we’re all experiencing.” Fashion as a Breath of Relief Photo: Filippo Fior ‘Exhale’ is an ode to liberation—letting go of external expectations, industry pressures, and even self-imposed creative constraints. The collection reflects this newfound perspective, balancing Rogers’ signature vibrancy with a more refined and sophisticated approach. Photo: Filippo Fior Sculptural volumes remain, but now they feel more fluid and effortless. Draped dresses in airy fabrics evoke movement and freedom, while oversized suits are reimagined with a relaxed, almost meditative tailoring. The color palette, always a strong point for CJR, expands between bold, unexpected hues and sophisticated neutrals, embodying this new sense of balance.

  • Gucci and Sabato De Sarno: A Short-Lived Era and What’s Next for the Iconic Brand

Photo Getty Images Fashion moves fast, and shake-ups in the industry happen in the blink of an eye. On Thursday, Gucci announced the departure of creative director Sabato De Sarno, just over a year after he took the reins. The news came as a surprise, as De Sarno had been reshaping the brand’s identity with a refined, classic aesthetic. His final collection for Gucci will debut on February 25 during Milan Fashion Week. However, the show will be led by the brand’s in-house design team, while the industry is already speculating about who will take over next. A Short but Significant Chapter DANIELE VENTURELLI / GETTY IMAGES De Sarno stepped into the role in January 2023 following the departure of Alessandro Michele, whose maximalist, romantic vision had defined Gucci for nearly a decade. His challenge was clear: to refresh the brand’s image while staying true to its heritage. In just a year, De Sarno introduced a more understated yet sophisticated aesthetic, highlighting timeless pieces and the craftsmanship at the core of Gucci. His approach struck a balance between modernity and tradition, attracting a fresh audience to the brand. Despite his impact, his tenure is ending sooner than expected. Gucci’s CEO, Stefano Cantino, publicly thanked De Sarno for his “passion and dedication,” while Francesca Bellettini, vice-CEO of Kering, acknowledged his role in strengthening the brand’s foundations for the future. JOHN PHILLIPS / GETTY IMAGES Who’s Next? With De Sarno’s exit, the fashion world is already buzzing with speculation about his successor. One name, in particular, has caught attention—John Galliano. The designer was recently spotted strolling through Milan’s Galleria Vittorio Emanuele, a historic landmark for Italian fashion. Currently at the helm of Maison Margiela, Galliano has been showcasing his signature theatrical and avant-garde vision. His name has surfaced in past rumors regarding Gucci, and his presence in Milan at this moment has only fueled speculation. What’s Next for Gucci? As the brand navigates this transition, one thing is certain: Gucci remains one of the most influential names in fashion. Whether Galliano or another unexpected visionary steps in, a new creative chapter is about to unfold. The February show will be the last glimpse of Gucci through De Sarno’s lens—and perhaps a hint at what’s to come. After all, fashion is all about reinvention.

  • Marc Jacobs Summer 2025: A Standing Ovation for Fearless Creativity

Photo Courtesy Marc Jacobs In an era dominated by minimalism and an endless pursuit of commercial appeal, Marc Jacobs reaffirms his role as one of fashion’s last great visionaries. On Monday night (02.03), the designer unofficially kicked off New York Fashion Week in a truly unforgettable way. In just five minutes, his Courage collection for Summer 2025 took over the New York Public Library, transforming the space into a stage for maximalist experimentation. Photo Courtesy Marc Jacobs The collection is both a retrospective and an evolution. Elements from past seasons reappear through a new lens—doll-like silhouettes, sculptural volumes, 18th-century influences, and nods to masters like Rei Kawakubo and Vivienne Westwood. But this time, everything feels even bolder, more inflated, and completely fearless, as if Jacobs is deliberately breaking away from any expectations of commercial viability. Photo Courtesy Marc Jacobs And this defiance is not without reason. In his show notes, the designer reflects on fear—not as an obstacle but as fuel for authenticity. At a time when the luxury industry clings to predictability—driven by safe sales strategies and timeless classics—Jacobs does the exact opposite: he delivers fashion that challenges conventions and demands a less obvious perspective on beauty and functionality. Photo Courtesy Marc Jacobs The grandeur of this collection is not just in the exaggerated volumes or unconventional tailoring but in the statement it makes. In an age of information overload and relentless pressure to stay relevant, Jacobs chooses to walk his own path, proving that fashion, at its core, must remain a space for freedom and provocation. Courage is more than just a collection; it is a manifesto against uniformity and a powerful reminder that fashion thrives when risk and unrestrained creativity take center stage. Every step, every adaptation, and every achievement have brought her to this moment, solidifying her name as a rising model. Fashion is constantly evolving, and Ana understands the importance of keeping up with these changes without losing her identity. She believes that fashion is an extension of personality and that true elegance comes from confidence in who you are. Her future holds new experiences and international opportunities. Soon, Ana will embark on seasons in Peru and Colombia, exploring new markets and expanding her global presence. With an undeniable passion for traveling and discovering different cultures, she sees each new experience as a chance for both professional and personal growth. Maintaining a balance between work and well-being is essential for her performance. Passionate about skincare and body care, Ana also values mental health as a fundamental part of her routine. Yoga, weight training, and sports are part of her daily life, helping her stay energized and clear-minded to face the challenges of her profession. For those aspiring to a career in fashion, her advice is clear: authenticity is what truly makes a difference. In a competitive market, it’s easy to get lost trying to fit into standards, but true distinction comes from those who have confidence in their potential and don’t give up in the face of challenges. With new challenges on the horizon and a clear vision of her journey, Ana Luiza Simões is building a solid path in international fashion, proving that talent, perseverance, and authenticity are the perfect combination for success. Check out an interview with the model: 1: Your journey in fashion has been inspiring. How did your career begin, and what were the biggest challenges you have faced so far? My journey began in Franca, a small city in the countryside, where I started working as a model and influencer. There, I had the opportunity to grow and mature a lot, both personally and professionally. Moving to São Paulo was a major milestone in my career. With a stronger portfolio, I was able to join an incredible agency, but the reality of São Paulo—a highly competitive capital—brought many challenges. The beginning was tough; I had to adapt, learn, and stand out among so many talented people. But the most important thing was not giving up. This perseverance and focus have brought me here, and I am grateful for every step of this journey. 2: The fashion industry is constantly evolving. How do you see this transformation, and how do you adapt to new trends and industry demands? Fashion, like all of us, is always evolving, but the most important thing is knowing how to adapt without losing our essence. I believe that essence is what makes us unique and, in a way, is already a great differentiator. I always try to adapt to new trends, but in an authentic way, incorporating my style into them. I would only wear something because it’s trending if I genuinely connect with it—I would never wear something just because it’s "in fashion." In the end, it’s about self-expression and feeling good in what you wear, regardless of whether it’s a trend or not. 3: Besides your modeling career, do you have any other professional plans? Yes! This month, I’m starting a season in Peru, and afterward, I’ll be heading to Colombia. My goal is to work a lot but also take the opportunity to travel. As an Aquarius, I have this constant need to be on the move, exploring new places. My job allows me to do that, and I love the possibility of being in different parts of the world, meeting new people, and experiencing new cultures. It’s a big part of my growth, both professionally and personally. 4: A model's routine can be intense and demanding. How do you take care of your physical and mental health to maintain a balance between work and well-being? I’m completely obsessed with skincare—I love taking care of my skin and body—but taking care of my mind is the most important thing. I truly believe that maintaining a healthy mind is key to having a balanced body. That’s why I always work on my mindset, especially when things don’t go as expected. I practice yoga to connect with myself, do weight training to keep my energy and stamina high, and now I’m getting back into tennis, which I love. For me, it’s essential to take time for self-care, both physically and mentally, because balancing work and well-being is what keeps me centered and motivated. 5: What are your next career steps? I’m aiming to expand my career into the international market—I want to challenge myself in new settings and explore opportunities beyond Brazil. My goal is to strengthen my global presence, work with incredible brands, and build an even more diverse portfolio. Additionally, I’m excited to visit new places and experience different cultures—this always brings fresh inspiration and valuable lessons to my journey. 6: For those who want to enter the fashion world, what advice would you give to face the challenges of the profession and stand out in such a competitive market? Since we’ve already talked about essence, I think that’s the main piece of advice. In the midst of so much competition and so many challenges, it’s easy to lose yourself trying to please others or follow certain standards, but what will truly make you stand out is being authentic. Don’t compare yourself to anyone, because you are unique and have something only you can offer. Believe in your potential, don’t give up, and remember: if you’ve thought of something, it’s because it’s possible to achieve it. Perseverance and authenticity are everything.

  • Lady Gaga Is Back: The New Era of the Queen of Fashionable and Gothic Pop

Lady Gaga has always been an artist who transcends music, turning each era into a visual spectacle. Now, with the release of Mayhem , her seventh studio album, she returns to pop with a darker, more sophisticated aesthetic—reviving the gothic and fashion-forward energy that made her an icon. From her striking appearance at the 2025 Grammy Awards to the cinematic music video for Abracadabra , released overnight, Gaga reaffirms her status as a fashion and music powerhouse. Grammy 2025: Gothic Glamour, Luxury, and a Historic Necklace Lady Gaga stole the show at the 2025 Grammys , both on stage—where she performed alongside Bruno Mars in a heartfelt tribute to Los Angeles—and on the red carpet, where she embraced gothic glamour in haute couture. Her standout look of the night was designed by Australian-Taiwanese designer Samuel Lewis: a dramatic leather jacket paired with a voluminous ball skirt, reinforcing her signature dark and sophisticated aesthetic. But the true highlight was her jewelry—a historic necklace by Tiffany & Co. , dating back to the 1930s, designed by Meta Overbeck under the direction of Louis Comfort. Made of gold and adorned with tourmaline, pearls, and onyx, the piece had never been worn on a red carpet before. Gaga completed her look with yellow gold and platinum earrings featuring yellow and white diamonds, as well as the iconic Sixteen Stone ring by Jean Schlumberger for Tiffany & Co. , encrusted with diamonds and tsavorites. This isn’t the first time Gaga has worn a historic Tiffany & Co. piece. In 2019, she famously donned the legendary yellow Tiffany diamond at the Oscars, valued at over $30 million. But with the announcement of Mayhem and the release of her single Disease , her Grammy look made it clear—we’re entering a bold new era, both visually and musically. Abracadabra: The Fashion Spell of Gaga’s New Music Video During a commercial break at the 2025 Grammys , Lady Gaga surprised fans by premiering the highly anticipated music video for Abracadabra , one of the lead singles from Mayhem . With references ranging from ballroom culture to visuals reminiscent of her The Fame Monster era, the singer proved once again that there is beauty in eccentricity. The video is a visual masterpiece: Gaga dances alongside a troupe of performers in electrifying choreography, wearing luxurious outfits that blend fetish, gothic, and high-fashion elements. The pulsating beat is set to dominate dance floors, solidifying the track as a major hit in this new era. Mayhem: Lady Gaga’s Creative Chaos Set for release on March 7, Mayhem is described by Gaga as an album that embraces chaos and creative spontaneity. “Mayhem is about following your own chaos into whatever cranny of your life it takes you to,” she revealed. “Writing as many songs as I did for this album was a labor of total love. But by the end, you have to be very cutthroat in your choices.” Along with Abracadabra , the album already features the singles Disease and Die With a Smile , the latter a collaboration with Bruno Mars that topped the Billboard charts. If the visual and sonic impact of this new era continues at this level, there’s no doubt Mayhem will mark another milestone in Gaga’s career. Lady Gaga is back, bolder than ever—and the worlds of fashion and music couldn’t be more grateful.
