I started as a streamer three years ago when I was still working a regular job, earning R$1,200 per month. I was invited through social media to start doing live streams and earn in dollars. At first, I confess I thought it was a scam, but I decided to take the risk. Two months later, I was already earning double my fixed salary, so I decided to quit my job and dedicate myself solely to live streaming. Three years have passed, and I have become a Top Streamer on three different platforms, maintaining the Top 1 position in Brazil on one of them to this day. The biggest challenges I faced in the beginning were gaining the approval of my parents, as they thought I was doing something wrong by earning so much money from my bedroom. But over time, they started watching my live streams and understanding that I wasn't doing anything wrong and that it was indeed possible to make a lot of money. 2. How did you decide to become the owner of a streamer agency in TikTok Brazil? I achieved my first million reais through live streaming at the age of 20. I wanted to find a way to help others achieve the same financial freedom that I had. I opened Fawz Agency with the purpose of transforming lives across the country and teaching that it is possible to earn money directly from home. With training, consulting, awards, and events, Fawz Agency has been increasingly standing out. Within one year of the agency's existence on the platform, we have already transformed many lives and are growing our team, with an expected total earnings of R$1.1 million for the streamers by the end of the year. 3. What strategies did you use to earn over 1 million reais as a streamer? From the beginning, I made up my mind not to do the same things others were doing. I always liked to stand out and never followed the standard practices within the platform. I believe that what helped me earn so much money was the time I dedicated to making it work, investing time in networking within the platform, and putting effort into my live streaming hours, settings, and more. The more I was seen, the more I started to be remembered, and that's how success within the platforms began. 4. What are the biggest challenges faced when managing a streamer agency? The biggest challenge is undoubtedly balancing the roles of being an agent and a streamer at the same time. Nowadays, I dedicate 99% of my time to managing the agency and the growth of our streamers. 5. What criteria do you use to select streamers who represent your agency? We prioritize individuals between the ages of 18 and 35 who have a good understanding of social media and enjoy engaging with the audience. Those interested in joining our team go through an online selection process. Once they pass the selection phase, we schedule a test live stream, and once approved, the streamer officially starts working with the agency. 6. How do you envision the future of streaming on TikTok Brazil, and how do you plan to adapt to possible changes? Currently, the Brazilian platform has streamers earning up to R$20,000 per day. The average earnings of our agency's streamers range from R$10,000 to R$30,000, and it can go even higher. I believe that those who haven't taken the risk to try streaming now will regret not starting in this virtual world of live streaming. Live streaming has transformed my life and the lives of thousands of Brazilians across the country. 7. What are the main pieces of advice you would give to someone who wants to become a successful streamer? Be different and do things differently. With so many streamers on the platform, if you don't give your all and strive to be the best, success won't come easily. Above all, be grateful and humble towards all the people who watch and support you because it's clear that without them, we are nothing on the platform.

Certainly, being away from family in such a challenging time and the language barrier. 2. How did you meet your husband, Scott, and how has your relationship impacted your life and your businesses? We met at a newly opened nightclub. I never imagined I would find the love of my life in a place like that, but I believe that when it's your time, it can happen anywhere. Before meeting him, my investments were solely focused in Brazil as I planned to return once my paperwork was sorted out. But everything changed when I met him. Together, we started investing in real estate in the US. 3. How do you balance taking care of all your properties in the United States and Brazil? What are the biggest challenges in this aspect? In Brazil, I have someone who manages all my properties, which makes things much easier, but no decision is made without my permission. Here in the US, it's the same—they handle everything and keep me informed. 4. What is it like to have luxury properties in locations like Miami, Boston, and Jurerê? How has it changed your life and perspectives? It makes me believe that when you dream and believe in yourself, anything can happen. For God, nothing is impossible. 5. What have been the most exciting or rewarding moments in your journey, from living in a shared apartment to achieving your current lifestyle? There have been so many that I don't know where to begin. Certainly, the most exciting and rewarding moment was first and foremost my family, and then it was our wonderful home where we now live in Miami. 6. How has your faith in God played a crucial role in your journey to success? How does it influence your decisions and perspectives now? I am a very religious person, and I don't make any decisions without seeking God's permission for literally everything. So, I believe that through my faith, I am indeed a tremendously blessed person, both financially and in my personal life. 7. How do you feel about the fact that your accomplishments and lifestyle open doors for you to become an influencer? What does it mean to you? I want to use my story of overcoming challenges to help many others who are going through similar situations that I have faced. And through my Health Style, where I talk a lot about the importance of taking care of one's health, I aim to influence many people to change their habits and live a healthier life. I want to help women, especially those of my age, improve their self-esteem, take better care of themselves, and feel better about themselves. 8. Without revealing too many details, what can we expect from your biggest dream that is about to come true? The only thing I can say is that it is related to the field of aesthetics. 9. Based on your experience and achievements, what advice would you give to those who are seeking to turn their dreams into reality? My advice would definitely be not to give up on your dreams, even when they seem impossible. Keep pursuing them, don't give up, have faith in yourself, and most importantly, have faith!

His calling for medicine began at a very young age. Even towards the end of high school, he knew exactly what he wanted. The death of his grandmother, a cancer victim, was one of the reasons that led him to pursue a career in medicine. "I always had a desire to do something that could change people's lives in some way. Since I was a child, I wanted to heal things. My grandmother passed away from cancer a year before I was born, and as time went on, I developed the desire to create a robot that could cure people. As I understood this more, I delved into the details, and by the time it was time to take the college entrance exams, I had already decided what I wanted to do, which was medicine." The choice "Neurosurgery has always been something that fascinated me, as a whole. And since I had already decided on pursuing medicine at the time, I decided to broaden my horizons and learn everything I possibly could. Neurosurgery further sparked my interest, and when I had the opportunity to observe some brain surgeries, that's when I truly found my calling." Challenges at the beginning of the career Unlike some other fields where students graduate and immediately start working, medicine has a much more gradual and slower transition, according to Dr. Cesar. "I studied at USP, and at that time, we had access to the largest hospital in Latin America, which meant we also had earlier exposure to practical activities. The challenges at that moment were about overcoming insecurity, applying the knowledge we had acquired, and starting to understand how to act and prepare ourselves." Family support For the doctor, family is one of the most important things a person can have in life. It is the foundation and cornerstone of everything. "It's the place we turn to when things aren't going well or when we need support. Another important and significant aspect is that even though we always strive for excellence in everything we do, when it comes down to impressing someone or seeking recognition for what we do, without a doubt, it's our family. I have unconditional support from mine."   Intense routine "The intense routine sometimes makes it a bit difficult to spend time together, but fortunately, they understand it. My wife is also a doctor and goes through similar experiences, but the essential thing is to maintain a career with excellence and have family close by." Professional fulfillment "Today, I can say that I feel fulfilled considering where I am at the moment. However, when I look ahead, I say that I haven't fully achieved it yet because I still have a lot to accomplish. This feeling of fulfillment is something incredible in medicine. I have this notion that we are always striving for something, constantly evolving, and discovering new things all the time. Science never stops." Dreams When talking about dreams, Dr. Cesar Cimonari divides them into personal and professional aspirations. "From a professional perspective, it is to reach the end of my life practicing medicine and neurosurgery, which I consider excellent, and always strive to improve. The most extravagant dream would be to be able to visit all the places in the world and why not beyond it?" What can we expect from medicine in the coming years? "Medicine has undergone significant transformations in recent years, and what lies ahead will only continue to increase. We have many technological paradigms shifting, such as Artificial Intelligence and the growth of remote healthcare due to the pandemic. Despite all the hardships, it has also accelerated advancements in telemedicine, which is just the tip of the iceberg of what's to come."
