We, at Hooks Magazine, feel incredibly honored to share more of the story and thoughts of this remarkable woman! Check out this amazing interview: 01 - To get to know you better, could you mention three words that best describe you? "I am a highly determined woman, disciplined, and intelligent. I consider these three characteristics to be crucial aspects of my personality as they have been with me since childhood. I am driven by an inner desire and a deep conviction that I can overcome obstacles to achieve my goals. Determination is the fuel that keeps me motivated, persistent, and focused even in the face of challenges and adversities. When I refer to intelligence, I don't just mean academic knowledge, although I have always enjoyed studying. I mean intelligence in terms of constantly seeking knowledge to broaden my horizons. This desire led me to explore traveling, learning about other cultures, languages, acquiring new skills, adapting, and expanding my repertoire. Discipline is my strength; it propels me to consistently take action towards my dreams. It is my constant companion, keeping me focused even in the face of distractions or setbacks. Being a disciplined person helps me resist the temptation of shortcuts and keeps me committed to my goals, principles, and values." 02 - Through your Instagram, it is evident that you are a woman who loves to travel. Have the trips you have taken contributed to your life in any way? How so? "I absolutely adore engaging in exciting, challenging, and out-of-the-ordinary activities. I have a spirit of exploration and am always willing to take risks in pursuit of new experiences and adventures. Traveling allows me to immerse myself in different cultures, traditions, customs, and ways of life, which greatly enriches my life by expanding my understanding of the world, providing a broader perspective, and fostering a deeper appreciation for human diversity. One of the most impactful experiences was when I visited the Middle East. I felt an incredibly strong connection with Egypt, a place filled with rich and fascinating stories, with an ancient civilization dating back thousands of years. The Egyptian culture, the ancient religion with its deities, the pyramids, the pharaohs' temples, the art, literature, and traditions all captivated me. When I was in the Sahara Desert, I felt an overwhelming sense of joy. The wind, the silence, the soft sand... everything was beautiful! In fact, I witnessed the most breathtaking sunset there; it was truly a spectacle. I was deeply moved by the experience. I understood why the people born and raised there do not leave their country and roots, despite the challenges they face. 'It is possible to suffer from the heat of the desert and still love it,' I thought." 03 - Karla, you have a YouTube channel, right? What kind of content do you focus on? Where did the inspiration come from? "Yes, I have a YouTube channel called 'Karla Travel Queen.' It revolves around what I love the most: traveling. On my channel, viewers can find a series of engaging and informative videos about travel destinations around the world, ranging from popular spots to hidden gems in unexpected places. For instance, I filmed a video exploring a secret tomb in Saqqara. My channel takes viewers on a true journey through different countries, showcasing their breathtaking landscapes, historical landmarks, architectural wonders, and unique cultural experiences." 04 - Speaking of travel, what experience would you recommend to someone who wants to travel? And what would you advise against? "I highly recommend solo travel as an incredible and enriching experience that everyone should try at least once in their life. When you embark on a solo journey, you open yourself up to a world of discovery, personal growth, and unparalleled freedom. I also recommend traveling to the Middle East, home to one of the world's oldest civilizations. The region is rich in history and offers the opportunity to explore awe-inspiring archaeological sites and monuments, as well as stunning natural landscapes. Explore Brazil as well. Our country is blessed with stunning natural beauty, from the vast white-sand beaches of the Northeast to the Amazon Rainforest, Pantanal wetlands, and the majestic Iguaçu Falls. It's evident that our country offers a variety of unique landscapes. Moreover, Brazilian culture is diverse and vibrant, with influences from indigenous, African, and European cultures. On the other hand, I advise against neglecting to invest in travel. Make financial planning a priority. Investing in travel is one of the best decisions you can make in life. Through travel, you gain experiences and memories, personal growth, cultural expansion, a break from routine, stress reduction, and an expansion of happiness. I believe nobody feels sad while traveling. It's also important to note that traveling to the Middle East without a tour guide is not recommended. Guides have extensive knowledge about the local areas, and your trip will be more enjoyable and hassle-free. However, Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and Doha are relatively easier regions to visit, as many people speak English there." 05 - Karla, you are an empowered woman who inspires many followers. How does it feel to know your relevance? "Every morning, when I look at myself in the mirror, I see an empowered woman staring back at me, her strength reflected in her eyes. I take pride in my journey and I know that the experiences and challenges I've faced were essential in shaping who I am today. I recognize the power within me and the responsibility I carry to inspire other women. When I receive messages of gratitude and admiration from my followers, my heart fills with joy. I know that my words and actions are positively impacting the lives of other women, encouraging them to embrace their own authenticity and believe in their potential. Every achievement, big or small, of my followers is a shared victory, a reminder that everyone can achieve their goals. I acknowledge that my purpose in life extends beyond my own personal journey. I want to share my experiences and lessons learned so that others may find guidance and courage to carve their own paths. To me, the true essence of life lies in helping and inspiring others." 06 - Is it true that you are releasing a book? Tell us more about this exciting news. "It is true! The long-awaited day has arrived! I am thrilled to announce the release of my book, 'A Life Without Sugar.' This book aims to 'open people's eyes' to the hidden dangers of excessive sugar consumption while providing the necessary tools to lead a healthier life. 'A Life Without Sugar' is the comprehensive guide that will help readers break free from this vicious cycle and regain control over their dietary choices. My book is based on extensive scientific research as well as personal experiences throughout my journey of over 2 and a half years without sugar. It covers a range of important topics, from the science behind the subject to practical strategies for gradually reducing and eliminating sugar from one's diet. I also explain a sugar detox action plan, which is a step-by-step guide to gradually reduce sugar dependence and adopt a more balanced eating approach. Readers will also have access to delicious and nutritious recipes, meal planning, and strategies for dealing with intense sugar cravings, empowering them to confidently embark on a sugar-free life." 07 - Did you ever dream that you could go this far? "I take great pride in what I have achieved so far, and I also know that I have much more to accomplish. A girl raised in the interior of Bahia, from a humble family, that many people didn't believe could reach where she is now. But I believed and I made it. I learned to turn my dreams, my expectations, into reality. Looking back, I am proud of every accomplishment I have achieved. Today, I am independent, a graduate in Civil Engineering, I have studied abroad, traveled to many countries, inspire people to travel, and am a reference when it comes to a healthy lifestyle. My dreams are infinite. Each goal I reach is just a step towards new challenges. I always allow myself to dream even higher, and I am always ready to embrace everything the future holds for me." 8 - Last question, but not least: If you could display a message on a billboard, what would it be? "Time is everything." Time is a limited resource we have in our lives; we cannot recover it or acquire more, which makes it extremely valuable. This phrase, for me, is a constant reminder of our own mortality. It reminds us that life is fleeting and transient, and we should make the most of every moment while we can. Time urges us to live intensely, to embrace the present. Therefore, appreciating and managing time well is essential for living a fulfilling and satisfying life."

Her passion for sports and love for physical activities has always been evident since her childhood. Starting her career as a dancer, Ana's life took a dramatic turn when she witnessed an awe-inspiring aerial acrobatics show. Intrigued by the transformation process involving makeup, wigs, and extensions, she immersed herself in the world of hair styling and gradually honed her skills. Having captivated audiences with her stunning beauty, Ana embarked on a modeling career at the young age of 16. Balancing both her modeling endeavors and performances, she traveled to over 12 countries, gracing the grandest stages and clubs worldwide. Her talents and striking appearance were recognized in magazines across Russia, Bulgaria, and Turkey. Ana is dedicated entirely to her entrepreneurial ventures in the wig and human hair industry, which serves as the focal point of our interview below. Interview with Ana Namor, Founder of LIT HAIR 1. How did you decide to enter the human hair wig industry and establish your own brand, LIT HAIR? I used to work as a pro gymnast and performed in many shows all over the world. What always fascinated me was the makeover process, with the whole makeup, hair wigs, and extensions. You could become a completely different person in a matter of hours! Since then, I learned a lot about the hair wigs and extensions industry, as it was part of my daily life and work, both as an artist and a model. 2. What are the key differentiators of LIT HAIR's human hair wigs compared to other brands available in the market? I would say the quality of hair and client service that we provide. Most of the big brands in the market are using remy hair, which is the closest natural-looking hair made of synthetic materials. There is nothing wrong with remy hair, but they do differ from natural ones. They are heavier, and you cannot style them using hot tools or color them, etc. At LitHair, we only use 100% human hair that you can treat just the same as your own! 3. How do you ensure the quality of LIT HAIR's products, especially considering that they are shipped worldwide? I personally ordered and tried all the products that we are going to sell. The ones that I found not good enough, I simply don't work with. Because I myself know how it is to spend all day wearing a wig/hair extensions. 4. What are the main challenges you face in managing a business that serves international customers? I would say shipping, because that is something that cannot be controlled personally and includes third-party shipping companies that are used by all major brands. And of course, as a perfectionist, I want my customers to receive their products as soon as possible. 5. How do you select human hair suppliers to ensure only the finest materials are used in LIT HAIR's wigs? Same as I mentioned before, the only way to secure the quality is to check and revise it all personally by the team. We test them, we color them, we try to cut them and see how the product reacts. Plus, we stay in regular contact with the supplier directly to discuss the quality. 6. How do you stay updated on customer trends and preferences regarding human hair wig styles? Does LIT HAIR offer customized options? Social media spreads trends and new season ideas so fast nowadays. You don't need a special occasion or occupation anymore to let yourself wear a bold outfit or wig or change your look completely. We do have an entire color palette, and we can customize wigs and hair extensions of any color, including red, blue, or pink, and any length and style. Curvy red blonde? You got it! Kim Kardashian's perfect long silky dark? You got it! Anything! And it will all still be 100% human hair, which means you can wear and use it just the same as your own.
- DragBox Channel: An Unstoppable Duo in Drag Queen Art and Pop Culture.
Image disclosure Instagram @ canaldragbox Visual Id @ joseffersson Thairone Cavalcanti and Eduardo Kunst, known as Tatá M. Shady and Olive Oil, are the creative duo behind the Brazilian YouTube phenomenon, the DragBox channel. Since March 2019, they have been captivating viewers with their irresistible blend of drag queen art, pop culture, and entertainment. In an exclusive interview, Thairone and Eduardo reveal how it all started as a fun joke and transformed into a overwhelming passion. With hilarious videos and commentary on RuPaul's Drag Race, they have gained a devoted fan base craving for more. Now, they are ready to surprise us even further with future projects and remind us of the importance of following our dreams and loving ourselves. Get ready to embark on a journey filled with glitter and empowerment alongside these stars of drag queen art and pop culture. Welcome to the magical world of the DragBox couple. Confira entrevista exclusiva: 1. How did the idea of creating the DragBox channel come about, and why did you decide to focus on topics related to drag queen art and pop culture? It all started as a big joke. Tatá used to do drag and invited me (Olive) to give it a try and see what I thought, and I absolutely loved the experience! We gradually developed a fondness for the drag world, makeup, and related things, and that's when we decided to create the channel, to give some "purpose" to our drag personas. Since we were getting into drag every week, why not film videos for YouTube while in drag, right? Haha. In the beginning, the channel started with videos commenting on the reality show RuPaul's Drag Race, which has always been a huge inspiration for us. We also shared a bit about our own experiences, always in a humorous way. But I can say that there was never a big plan regarding the type of content we would cover on the channel. Everything happened very naturally, following our hearts. This is how our most successful segment, "EAD com Dragbox," was born. It came about after a random conversation during a Drag Race review, discussing the metamorphosis of a butterfly, which ended up going viral on the internet. 2. How did you two meet? The first time we saw each other was at a karaoke night in João Pessoa, the city where we lived. We exchanged glances, but neither of us had the courage to make a move. Luckily, the next day we found each other on a dating app and matched. We were very fortunate because Tatá had already left João Pessoa and returned to her hometown in the countryside. However, her profile miraculously appeared to me, and we were lucky enough to have that match. Image disclosure @canaldragbox 3. How do you choose the themes and content to be covered in your videos? There are two ways we choose the themes for our videos. One of them is through the channel's recurring segments, which we do at least once a month. Examples include "EAD com Dragbox" (Learning with Dragbox), "Desmontando" (Unveiling), "Fofocas dos Inscritos" (Subscriber Gossip), "Quadro Culinário" (Cooking Segment), and so on. As for the non-recurring videos, we usually choose topics based on events or viral videos that happened during the week. If there's a funny video going viral, we always think of a script to create a video around it. 4. What has been the most memorable moment since the creation of the channel? There have been many memorable moments, but without a doubt, it was our participation in CCXP 2022 (Comic Con Experience). We were aware that our audience had grown, that there were people who liked us, but it was at that event that we realized the magnitude our work had reached. We had been recognized by fans on the street before, and it was always a great experience, but at CCXP, it was something surreal. We had never had so much interaction with people who follow our content and appreciate us for who we are, and that is incredible. Image disclosure @canaldragbox 5. What are the biggest challenges you face in managing a YouTube channel? There are some challenges, just like in any other job. It's not always smooth sailing. But undoubtedly, dealing with numbers is something that messes with our heads. Nowadays, we make a living from this, paying our bills with our work on the internet. So, the fear of not producing relevant content is always present because we're afraid of losing everything we've built. We're a bit more at ease with this now, and we've even brought up this topic in our therapy sessions, but it's still something we worry about. 6. What are the future plans for the channel? Any special projects in mind? We have an incredible project coming up called "EAD com Dragbox Ao Vivo" (Learning with Dragbox Live), where we'll have the experience of answering questions from our followers in real-time. We're still finalizing the details, but very soon we'll have more information about the location and format of the event. Image disclosure @canaldragbox 7. What are the main messages you want to convey to Dragbox viewers? Joy and love. We live in a world that can be quite chaotic, where people are increasingly anxious and depressed. So, knowing that our content also serves to bring comfort to people's hearts and make their day happier is priceless. We also like to make it very clear that we are a couple and always bring videos with that theme to soothe people's hearts and show that love does exist, and we can find someone who understands and accepts us just the way we are. 8. How do you believe Dragbox contributes to breaking stereotypes and prejudices regarding the LGBTQIAPN+ community? Currently, we have a very inclusive language within the channel, reaching audiences of all ages, from the youngest to the mothers and grandmothers of families. By entering the homes of Brazilian families in such an organic way, it is very important to break barriers. Sometimes, by watching us and enjoying our content, more conservative people start to understand how things work better and become more open to understanding other people within our diverse community. They start to respect and appreciate them more. Image disclosure @canaldragbox 9. Leave a special message for our readers, any message you believe is necessary. It's never too late to start over. We started the channel after already choosing our courses and careers, but none of that was an obstacle for us to dive into this new adventure that has now become our biggest dream.

His photographic style is marked by shadows, warm light, and a classic gaze, expressing the challenges of artistic and social self-acceptance present in his works. His photographs transcend time and the contemporary, naturally conveying the identity of Brazilian fashion and the genuine features of men and women who were born to shine. In addition to his photography work, the artist also conducts in-person workshops for VIP groups of students, sharing his forward-thinking perspective on trends and his courage to break through any fear. In this exclusive interview, Ita Mazzutti reveals the challenges faced when directing fashion and advertising photo and video shoots, the importance of artistic and social self-acceptance in his work, his approach to creating authentic and timeless photo shoots, and how he manages to convey the identity of Brazilian fashion through his photographs. Check out the interview: 1. What are the main challenges you face when directing fashion and advertising photo and video shoots? "When it comes to advertising, I believe the challenge is to take all the client's references and briefing and put your own identity into the process and the result. It's not always easy to change something or try to alter the initial idea because it's about a brand. But with the collaboration of the entire team and those involved, the exchange of ideas and knowledge can lead to an incredible outcome." 2. How do you approach the creation of photo shoots that convey an authentic and timeless message, regardless of the profile of the model or celebrity involved? "I love the concept of capturing and creating in the way I believe to be beautiful. For me, this process involves art, beauty, and emotion, going beyond assembling all the references, moods, etc. I believe in photography as pure art, and I rely on feeling something in the moment and trying to create with everything I have in my mind, which I call 'a backdrop of memories'." 3. What is the importance of artistic and social self-acceptance in your photographic work? How do you deal with the challenges associated with this issue? "I believe that photographers, as well as other artists and professionals, always go through phases. One of them is self-acceptance, understanding your identity, knowing where you excel, but also acknowledging that there are moments of questioning. However, I see this positively because it makes us stop and think, and often that's where we step out of our comfort zone or resolve conflicts of artistic identity." 4. What are the main differences between photographing celebrities and photographing people outside the artistic sphere? Do you adopt different approaches for each of these contexts? "This is something I like to talk about. People tend to only see my work with models and celebrities and perhaps think that I don't work with anyone outside of that sphere. But I'm always trying to show that it's not the case. I love my work and have a passion for doing it with anyone, and sometimes working with people who are not part of the industry challenges me more and is where I recognize my ability to create something beautiful with all individuals. We can all feel that way, in fact, we should feel beautiful and photogenic, and my job is to convey that through photography, through my art." 5. How do you manage to convey the identity of Brazilian fashion through your photographs? What are the key elements you seek to capture to represent this identity faithfully? "I am extremely passionate about our country, given the vastness of different cultures, natural beauty, and people. And when it comes to Brazilian fashion, I see it this way: diversity, incredible talent, and amazing professionals. When I have pieces or collections in my hands that I can combine with my photography, whether for a campaign or personal work, it brings value and a result that fulfills me. Transmitting the identity of Brazilian fashion is about passion, love, joy, and beauty." 6. How have your experiences in different continents influenced your artistic vision and photographic style? "Thanks to my work, I have been to marvelous places that I might not have had the opportunity to visit otherwise. Encountering different cultures allows us to expand our ideas and knowledge socially and visually, and for photography, this is extremely important as we have this plurality in our hands. From a commercial and market perspective, it also helps us understand the various forms of delivery and results with brands and audiences in general." Ita Mazzutti continues to make his mark in the world of fashion through his creative and authentic vision. With each new challenge, he surpasses himself, utilizing his passion for art and multicultural experience to create works that transcend geographic boundaries and inspire people around the globe. His contribution to Brazilian fashion is undeniable, showcasing to the world the diversity and talent that permeate the country's fashion scene.
