1- Any, for you, what is the deepest connection between fashion and self-esteem?

For me, dressing goes far beyond clothing. It is the way we present ourselves to the world. Our outfits speak even before we open our mouths, and this is directly connected to our well-being, confidence, and self-esteem.

2- Is there any piece of clothing or accessory that you consider your “confidence amulet”?

When I want to feel confident, the piece that gives me that is the classic tailored blazer. And an accessory? Earrings! They are a must.

3- How do you choose an outfit on days when you need an extra boost of emotional confidence?

I use color psychology a lot when I want to express myself, and I believe that each environment and occasion requires its own dress code.

4- In your opinion, is personal style something we are born with or something that is built over a lifetime?

We all have our unique essence and identity, but personal style is built and constantly reinvented according to our desires, phases, and experiences.

5- Have you ever experienced a moment when an outfit completely changed your state of mind?

Absolutely! Every day, when I take off my pajamas and put on a workout outfit in the morning, it feels like my energy is renewed.

6- How do you deal with the pressure of trends without losing your own identity?

Trends come and go constantly, and recognizing what suits your own body and shape is essential to avoid frustration among so many new styles, because what works for someone else will not always work for you.

7- What advice would you give to someone who wants to use fashion as a tool to feel more confident?
