LOS ANGELES, CA – June 2, 2025 – Brazilian Pop Latino and Disco Club artist Carol Grando officially launches her music career this year with a bold proposal: to blend diverse musical styles in a truly unique way. The music video for The One, directed by Eduardo Orelha, served as a pivotal moment in her rise, earning nominations for Best Vocal Performance and Best Song at the Los Angeles Music Video Awards (LAMV).
The track celebrates the joy of falling in love and connecting with someone new, while also honoring individuality and independence. Released in November 2024, the video follows Carol and her friends on a fun night out in Los Angeles — grabbing pizza, exploring the city’s trendiest spots, and casually meeting a stranger who makes the evening unforgettable.“Maybe you are the one, maybe you’re the love of my life,” she sings with infectious energy, drawing listeners into her vibrant world.
The One was written and composed by Carol Grando and co-produced by Blanco Leal, who infused the track with Dance Club Pop elements and the unmistakable beats of Brazilian Funk. The music video, captured and directed by Eduardo Orelha, featured assistant direction by Lucas Zerbini, beauty by Narjara Jamil, and editing by Math Tobias.
At just 20 years old, Carol navigates the music industry with a distinctive personality and style that resonates across cultures.
