'PARIS' EDITION COVER - DECEMBER 2025 ISSUE

The PARIS edition of Hooks Magazine arrives with a name that embodies quiet elegance, aesthetic strength, and a rare sensitivity for observing the world: Jaque Nohatto. On the cover, she doesn’t just pose. She interprets. She communicates. She delivers exactly what Paris expects from its muses: authenticity, presence, and a sense of style that begins long before choosing an outfit.
From a young age, Jaque discovered fashion as a way to feel and express herself. Colors, textures, and combinations sparked more than aesthetic curiosity; they revealed an early understanding that dressing is a form of communication. Today, that perception has matured into her signature. Her looks move naturally between the classic and the sensual, always aligned with her mood, the moment, and her intention.
Jaque gravitates toward pieces that speak before she does, choices that balance simplicity and strength, like well-tailored trousers, a clean top, statement accessories, or the inevitable midi sheath dress paired with Christian Louboutin heels. For her, elegance is both the starting point and the destination.

The world has also helped shape her aesthetic narrative. Among all her travels, Asia holds a special place. Shanghai, in particular, left a vivid imprint on her memory: a city that feels like a film, a culture grounded in respect and kindness, and a sense of safety that transforms the entire experience. The city pulses with fashion during the day and glows even more at night, a contrast that reflects Jaque’s own essence: intensity and contemplation sharing the same space.
This same sensitivity appears in photography, one of her deepest passions. Jaque notices what many overlook. She loves details, light, small gestures, and the silent stories that emerge from textures and framing. She is equally fascinated by capturing people, their genuine expressions, and the unique way each person inhabits a space. And, of course, places. For her, every setting holds its own soul.
Perhaps that is why her dream is to photograph at Lake Como. She imagines the soft light reflecting on the water, historic villages in the background, and a natural elegance that turns every shot into cinema.

Bringing together fashion, photography and travel is not a calculated effort; it is a natural flow that reflects her lifestyle. Fashion expresses who she is, photography reveals how she sees the world and travel expands that vision. When everything comes together, a narrative overflowing with identity emerges. In every look aligned with the setting, in every image that captures the essence of a destination, in every experience transformed into memory and aesthetics.

Exclusive Interview
When did your passion for fashion begin, and how does it show up in your everyday choices?
My passion for fashion started when I was very young. I was fascinated by colors, textures and by the way clothing can transform how we feel. Over time, I realized that fashion is not just about dressing — it’s about communicating, expressing and even protecting who we are.
Today, that shows up in many ways in my daily choices: I think of clothing as an extension of my mood, I adjust my looks according to what I want to convey and I choose pieces that combine style with comfort. I like to transmit seriousness with a more classic touch, but always with a hint of sensuality.

Which trip has impacted you the most so far, and what made this experience so special?
The trip that marked me the most was visiting Asia. I fell in love with the kindness and education of the people, the culture and the deep respect for others — not to mention the sense of safety everywhere. Shanghai was one of the most beautiful cities I’ve ever seen. I felt like I was inside a movie; the city feels like fashion during the day, and at night even more so. It’s surreal, almost like a dream.
What fascinates you most in photography: capturing details, people or places?
What fascinates me most in photography is the ability to capture what often goes unnoticed. I love photographing details — small gestures, lights, textures — because they tell silent stories. But I’m also captivated by photographing people: genuine expressions, spontaneous emotions and the unique way each individual occupies space.
And, of course, places have their own magic too; every setting carries atmosphere, memory and identity. In the end, what truly enchants me is how photography turns ordinary moments into something eternal, whether it’s a detail, a person or a place.

Which piece, style or combination do you feel best translates your personality?
The piece that best reflects my personality is the one that combines comfort with presence — something that speaks for me before I even say a word. I gravitate toward looks that blend simplicity and strength: well-structured trousers, a clean and timeless top, and a statement accessory that adds identity. Or even a midi sheath dress paired with classic Christian Louboutin heels that convey sensuality and elegance.
I always seek elegance. This balance between minimalism and a personal touch reflects exactly who I am: practical, authentic and always attentive to the details that make all the difference.

If you could choose any place in the world for a dream photoshoot, what would it be?
If I could choose any place in the world for a dream photoshoot, it would be Lake Como in Italy. The setting has a natural elegance that blends European charm, historic villas and a soft light that makes every photo feel cinematic. I imagine poses by the water, surrounded by classic gardens and pastel-toned houses, or on a boat gliding across the lake at sunset.
Lake Como carries romance, sophistication and that serene beauty that turns any shoot into art.

How do you manage to bring together fashion, photography and travel in a lifestyle that truly makes sense for you?
I’m able to bring fashion, photography and travel together because, for me, all three tell the same story, just in different forms. Fashion expresses who I am, photography captures how I see the world and travel expands my perspective, bringing new inspiration with every place I visit.
When I combine them, a lifestyle emerges that feels completely natural. I choose looks that align with each setting, I try to capture details that reflect the essence of every place and I turn each experience into memory, art and identity.
In the end, it’s not about constantly traveling or always taking photos. It’s about living in a way that inspires me and reflects my authenticity in every image, every choice and every destination.
