Roberto, how did your journey in the tax market begin?
“My story began more than 12 years ago, when I realized that many companies had forgotten amounts in taxes paid improperly. In the beginning, it was difficult because the market was very distrustful and perceived as overly bureaucratic. But my mission has always been to simplify—to show that it wasn’t just about numbers, but about tangible resources that could transform the future of a business.”

“The future is digital. We will increasingly see integrated systems, artificial intelligence, and automation. This will reduce errors and increase efficiency. I want R.A. Soluções to be at the forefront of this transformation, including on the international stage.”

Beyond the executive, who is Roberto Amaral outside the office?
“I’m a family man. Married, someone who deeply values the small yet unforgettable moments. I enjoy sports, being outdoors, and living life intensely. The balance in my life comes from my family.”
You often speak about your father. What role has he played in your journey?
“My greatest example is my father, who is now 80 years old. A man of achievements, passionate about life, always an athlete at heart. He taught me discipline, resilience, and above all, humility—values I carry with me to this day. And of course, my mother, who has always been present and is the love of my life.
But speaking of my father, even with all his victories and even his defeats—which I see as part of life—he never lost his passion for simple things. That inspires me every single day. From him, I inherited the strength to persist and the love for pushing past limits.”

“Persistence. Success isn’t luck—it’s daily discipline. It’s ethics, study, and resilience. Never give up at the first obstacle—every fall is a step that takes you higher.”
