A stunning photo captured in front of the iconic Eiffel Tower during a Parisian night frames our star with an aura of elegance and empowerment. Alessandra shared with us the beginning of her career, which started less than 2 years ago. She overcame self-imposed barriers and decided to enter the world of fashion, even in the face of stereotypes and prejudices. Campbell's mission is to break taboos and standards in the fashion industry. She strives to represent and empower black and transgender women, filling a gap that is still evident in the industry. She faced challenges such as the language barrier and the lack of representation in her modeling journey. However, her determination keeps her focused on overcoming these obstacles and paving the way for future generations of black and transgender models. Alessandra Campbell is an example of determination and empowerment in the fashion industry. Her presence is an inspiring reminder that the beauty of women is diverse, and inclusion is essential for the evolution of this industry. CHECK OUT NOW EXCLUSIVE INTERVIEW: 1. Alessandra, can you share with us how the beginning of your career as a model was as a young black woman? Well, this is the beginning of my career as a model. It all started just under 2 years ago when I did a test shoot for a friend in her store. Since then, something that had been dormant in me was awakened. Because I'm shy, I always avoided exploring this world. I created barriers in my head, thinking it wouldn't be possible due to my curves, the industry's required stereotypes, being a black and transgender woman. But thanks to the evolution of the times we live in, the inclusion of different body types and genders gave me motivation and strength to enter the field. So, I came to live in Paris, the fashion capital, to explore more about this industry. 2. How did the idea of embracing a look inspired by Beyoncé for the Hooks Magazine cover come about? Well, the idea of going for this look came from a post on my muse Beyoncé's social media, who, luckily for me, is a symbol of representation for us, black women. Fortunately, some of the outfits she wore during the Renaissance World Tour are from her Ivy Park collection. When I saw this outfit, I was enchanted, and when I confirmed that it was from her brand, I thought, "Wow, this dress against the Parisian nights and the lights of the Eiffel Tower would look incredible for the cover of Hooks Magazine." 3. What taboos do you wish to break through your career as a model? These days, there's a lot of talk about inclusion, but there's still a lack of it in the fashion world. When you look for references of black transgender women in the fashion industry, they're scarce. I know we're making progress, but we still have a long way to go. Currently, we have one transgender representative in the industry, Valentina Sampaio, who serves as a role model and makes us believe that we're capable. However, we need much more than just one representative to truly achieve this inclusion. I'm determined to dive headfirst into breaking this exclusion and filling the gap as the Brazilian black transgender model in the fashion industry. 4. How do you see your career contributing to showcasing the beauty and empowerment of black women? My decision to enter the world of fashion also came with the intention of bringing more inclusion, breaking stereotypes, and standards. I believe that empowering black women in the fashion industry is essential to make it more inclusive. When searching for references, we shouldn't limit ourselves to just one or two but instead seek diversity in colors, genders, and body types. After all, the beauty of women is diverse. I see this lack on my social media, in the numerous heartfelt messages from many women who consider me an inspiration. They claim to feel lost when searching for references and even feel inferior for not identifying with the limited or standardized representations currently available. When they discover my work, they feel more included and represented, and that makes me very happy. I hope to reach many more women with my presence in the fashion industry. 5. What challenges have you faced throughout your journey as a model? It's challenging to be in another country without speaking the native language fluently, relying solely on basic English skills. Limited communication can be a hindrance, especially when you're seeking opportunities. Nowadays, there's a lot of talk about inclusion, but progress is slow. So, my body type is relatively new in the fashion industry, and people are hesitant about the new. Some embrace inclusion and provide opportunities, while others don't. I try to stay positive and not take things personally. I always strive to give my best in the work I do to showcase my potential and break the image people have due to the limited visibility that the media provides to society. I believe that if the media offered more visibility and we had greater representation, it would be less challenging. 6. Beyoncé is a significant inspiration for many people. How do you believe your career can inspire other young black individuals? For everything we dream of, we need references to have a starting point and move forward with optimism, believing it's possible. My inspiration is no secret to anyone: it's Naomi Campbell. Not just for her beauty but also for a combination of qualities, as she uses her visibility to make an impact and bring hope to young people who dream of becoming models. I hope to contribute significantly, just like her, by bringing more visibility to my community, breaking stereotypes and taboos, showcasing the beauty and talent of transgender and black women, and instilling hope in the new generations. When they see my image, I hope they believe that they are also capable and that, in a way, I've paved the way for them to move forward if their choice is a career in the fashion industry. 7. What are your plans and goals for the future in the fashion and entertainment industry? I hope to work with prominent brands and be in front of the lenses of the industry's most renowned photographers. In the future, I also aspire to build an admirable career to take my image worldwide. I came to Paris in search of knowledge and opportunities. I know they don't fall from the sky, so I'm fully committed to this path, studying other languages, refining my runway skills and expressions at a modeling school, and creating a presentable portfolio. I believe that knowledge and preparation are everything to solidify our dreams and, in doing so, pave the way for future opportunities.

- Club Animale Vintage: FASHION THAT RECYCLES AND ALSO IMPACTS LIVES
Animale's circular fashion movement celebrates five editions with a new campaign. Photos disclosure ANIMALE For five years, this project has been driving circular fashion through the reimagining of pieces based on quality and durability, characteristics that are in the brand's DNA. The initiative is built on the concept of reimagining and extending the lifespan of clothing, and it is gaining increasing prominence in Animale's ESG agendas. The goal is to promote circularity in fashion and, in doing so, create positive socio-environmental impacts while fulfilling the commitments made by the brand. Starting this Tuesday, the 12th, the campaign is collecting gently used pieces from any women's brand, with composition tags, which can be exchanged for credits in the current collection. The campaign for the new edition launches Club Animale Vintage and celebrates the achievements thus far. It features the participation of three prominent partners: Luciana Tranchesi, Maria Braz, and Stephanie Ribeiro, along with other influential women who are part of the brand's style team. They all come together for a unique purpose: to invite customers to be part of this movement and expand this collective unity so that the project can achieve even greater results. Each guest shares their insights and contributes to the momentum of this significant movement, which is built on the quality and durability characteristics of the label's products. Luciana played a key role in rallying and extending the participation of everyone. Top influencer Maria Braz brought her fresh perspective to discussions about vintage and contemporary fashion. Stephanie, who also took part in the campaign for Women's Month, addressing the brand's commitments to the ESG agenda, now returns to share incredible stories she created with clothing that will, in turn, have new chapters and experiences with others. The results are impressive: since its first edition, more than 160,000 clothing items have been donated to various non-governmental organizations (NGOs), positively impacting over 190,000 people, including children, adolescents, and women in vulnerable social situations. For the third year in a row, the generated profits will be directed to the Dona de Si Institute and invested in the Fashion Lab, a social project focused on empowering female talents in creative sewing. Since its inception, 260 hours of training have been provided, with six exclusive workshops led by top brand professionals covering topics such as sewing, entrepreneurship, and income generation. A total of $53,329.92 , raised from Vintage Bazaar sales in 2021 and 2022, have already funded the training of 93 women in sewing classes at the Fashion Lab. As for items from other brands, they will be donated to partner NGOs that organize internal bazaars and invest the proceeds in their own social initiatives, such as Gerando Falcões, Fundação Angélica Goulart, Associação dos Amigos da Infância com Câncer, Amigos do Bem, and Redes da Maré.
- Fenty Beauty presents three new releases in September
Fenty Beauty, Rihanna's makeup brand, unveils three new releases this September, which complement each other for the creation of a complete, versatile, and stunning Fenty Face. Photos disclosure Fenty Beauty EAZE DROP BLUR + TINT STICK FOUNDATION Flawless and creamy, with a smooth and sensory texture that effortlessly blends into the skin. Unlike traditional stick foundations, the Eaze Drop Blur + Tint Stick picks up where skincare ends. It's the foundation that can be used anytime, anywhere, smoothing the skin and leaving it looking even and hydrated. It can be applied with just your fingers, without brushes or other application tools. The new Eaze Drop Blur + Smooth Tint Stick offers a more natural approach with light and buildable coverage for illuminated and well-cared-for skin. Just like its original liquid formula, this release comes in 25 long-lasting shades, designed to withstand sweat, humidity, and transfer, ensuring your Fenty Face remains flawless. With no settling into fine lines and no "cracked" effect, the product's smooth sensation is thanks to the presence of Murumuru Butter, Sodium Hyaluronate - a potent derivative of hyaluronic acid - and the Quickblur Complex, an exclusive technology of the brand. In addition to all its benefits, the packaging of the Eaze Drop Blur + Smooth Tint Stick is lightweight and 100% recyclable, with a design intended to be used to the last drop. To avoid wasting the product or the packaging, simply twist the base until you hear the "click" sound to dispense the product. HOW TO USE: After your skincare routine, remove the cap of the Eaze Drop Blur + Smooth Tint Stick and twist the base of the packaging until you hear the "click" to release the product. Simply glide the product onto your skin - once or twice - and blend it with your fingers (use a brush or sponge if you prefer). When the product is completely used up, recycle the packaging without rinsing or scraping. SHADOWSTIX LONGWEAR EYESHADOW STICK This collection of eyeshadows in stick format is easy to apply to the eyes and highly pigmented. With options in both matte and shimmering shades, it easily adapts to all skin tones and defines any eye shape. Inspired by Rihanna's makeup routine, where she always aims to create a naturally defined eye look, the new Fenty Beauty Shadowtix Longwear Eyeshadow Sticks are available in an extensive range of 16 colors, including eight glitter shades and eight matte shades, all developed with consideration for all skin tones and eye shapes. Creamy and super pigmented, all the colors in the Shadowstix collection, both matte and glittery, complement the shades of Fenty Beauty Pro Filt’r foundation for well-defined eyes and eyeshadow that harmonizes with each person's skin tone. With just one swipe, the creamy and long-lasting formula delivers high-impact color that doesn't crack, melt, transfer, or lose intensity throughout the day. The exclusive chiseled tip provides control during application and offers various usage options – its angled tip maximizes precision, making it easier to create depth and dimension in the eye crease, and it can also be used on the waterline. The retractable packaging matches the shade of the eyeshadow, making it easier to choose the color without having to open the packaging or search for the shade name. HOW TO CREATE YOUR FENTY EYE LOOK: To achieve the real method used by Rihanna when creating any eye look, follow the four steps below: 1. Brighten the eyes: Even out the skin tone and brighten the eyes with Bright Fix Eye Brightener or Pro Filt’r Instant Retouch Concealer. 2. Contour the area: Apply Match Stix Contour Skinstick or Cheeks Out Freestyle Cream Bronzer to the crease to start defining and creating symmetry. 3. Build the Fenty Eye Look: Create dimension and depth with Shadowstix Matte shades and highlight and accentuate with Shadowstix Shimmers. 4. Finish: Add Hella Thicc Volumizing Mascara and finish with Diamond Bomb All-Over Diamond Veil. CHEEKS OUT FREESTYLE CREAM BLUSH (SHADES: PEACH FACE, BIG MELONS, PINK PROMISE, RAISIN STANDARDZ, AND RIRI) The effect of sun-kissed skin during summer is now timeless with the new shades of Fenty Beauty's Cheeks Out Freestyle Cream Blush. These unique and exclusive colors, once part of a special edition, are back in the portfolio to stay. From "Riri" – a universal pink inspired by Rihanna, the brand's founder – to warmer coral tones and unexpected color nuances, these releases complete any makeup look and provide options for all occasions and all skin tones. Formulated with the concept of versatility, the beloved Cheeks Out blush is light as air and oil-free, instantly adapting to the skin, creating a natural, healthy, and luminous color effect. With easy application and never "too much," its formula enhances any face with a youthful glow. Rihanna created the Cheeks Out Freestyle Cream Blush to highlight all skin tones and be an essential daily product. Even with vibrant and pigmented colors, the blush maintains its multifunctionality with a soft and lightweight appearance – perfect for days when you want a natural look. The non-sticky and sweat-and-water-resistant formula adapts to the skin without interfering with your makeup. How to use: Apply with your fingertip and gently tap or use the Fenty Face Shaping 125 Face Contour Brush for a natural and healthy look on your face and even on your lips. Apply as much as you prefer to achieve your desired vibrancy. Fenty Beauty is 100% Cruelty-Free.

- "Health and Well-being: The Path to Healthy Weight Loss." - Dr. Lucas Gelatti
Doctor Specialist in Physical Medicine and Weight Loss Treatments. "BRASIL" COVER EDITION - SEPTEMBER ISSUE Photos Jorge Scherer A graduate of the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul in Medicine, Dr. Lucas Gelatti is a specialist in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation and a renowned expert in weight loss treatments. Career "I've always had a strong affinity for physical activity and the field of physical medicine, including neurology, rheumatology, and orthopedics. This motivated me to pursue physical medicine, where I also discovered acupuncture as a specialty that could benefit my patients. However, I realized that my patients needed more, which led me to seek further knowledge and pursue a Postgraduate degree in Obesity and Sarcopenia Sciences. Since then, I've been able to provide a more comprehensive approach to my patients' care." Also a reference in weight loss treatment, he emphasizes that losing weight is not the same as losing fat. "What we aim for in a weight loss process is the loss of fat with minimal muscle loss because losing weight at the expense of a lot of muscle mass is not ideal. Muscles play important roles in metabolism, so their loss can lead to metabolic, inflammatory, and even brain-related problems, considering that muscles produce a substance called BDNF, which is a growth factor for neurons." Miracle diets? "Miracles don't exist. What we often have are diets with different appearances, but essentially what will work is a diet with calorie restriction because losing weight without expending more energy than one is consuming is not possible. Some types of diets may benefit specific types of patients, for example, the ketogenic diet for type 2 diabetics." Dr. Lucas and Luana Regarding quality weight loss, Dr. Lucas explains that the most important aspect is for the patient to lose weight while primarily reducing fat with minimal muscle loss. "This provides a significant metabolic benefit to the patient, especially when we consider maintenance. By maintaining an adequate muscle mass, the patient can sustain a slightly higher energy expenditure, allowing them to adhere to the diet maintenance during the post-weight loss period." We must not romanticize obesity. "When I say this, I mean that we need to face it for what it is. Obesity is a chronic disease that leads to other very serious chronic illnesses, even risking death. Obesity has been on the rise in Brazil, and this is due to several factors, one of which is the quality of information. Despite having a lot of information available, there is a lack of quality." Cheat day, can it work? "What we commonly refer to as a 'cheat day' can be a double-edged sword. The positive aspect of it is breaking the monotony of the diet, which can often help the patient adhere to the weight loss process. However, when the patient sees this 'cheat day' as a completely free day where they can eat and drink whatever they want without any control, it can undermine all the efforts of an entire week." Lucas Gelatti completed the Medical Residency Program in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at the Hospital São Lucas of PUC RS and pursued a specialization in acupuncture at CESAC – RS, earning the title of Specialist in Acupuncture from AMB.
