Realtor 360, a training program created by Lucio Santana in partnership with Royal Mortgage USA, brought together more than 50 Brazilian real estate agents working in the U.S. market in Orlando, marking a new phase in the professional development of the field.
Right at the opening, Lucio highlighted the key differentiator of the event: the practical use of Artificial Intelligence as a strategic ally in agents’ careers. “Today we are going to talk about A.I. We’re going to connect with you, the agents, bring new insights, and show that with just a few tools it’s possible to simplify your routine, boost performance, and transform lives,” he emphasized.

The event featured content on technology, strategic management, and professional positioning, in a dynamic format that combined practice, inspiration, and networking. Many participants even recorded stories during the training while applying the AI tools that were presented.
As the program came to a close, Lucio celebrated the impact of the gathering: “We’ve just wrapped up Realtor 360, and it was a success.
