PRESS RELEASE PHOTOS

Wagner Nolasco is the name of the Brazilian who conquered the American real estate market. The professional has delivered over $700 million in projects throughout his career. With over 20 years of experience as a real estate investor, developer, and builder, Nolasco has collected achievements throughout his life.

His innovative proposal allows Brazilians to invest in the Florida real estate market, opening up several possibilities for passive income. His company, W GROUP USA, is an active developer and builder in the Florida real estate market, specializing in the development and construction of affordable properties for the working class in the region, a segment that presents a housing deficit and maintains consistent demand.

Headquartered in Orlando-FL, W GROUP USA is the first company to sell investment homes online and has several ongoing projects for the construction of single-family and multi-family homes located within a distance of 160 kilometers from its headquarters. These projects add up to over $600 million in potential sales and more than 3,200 units to be delivered by the end of 2023; including apartments, houses, duplexes, and quadruplexes in various locations in the region.

The professional, who is a real estate investor and expert in recurring real estate income in the US for creating a recurring income portfolio or retirement succession plan with recurring income, has provided some tips for those who aspire to invest in the US real estate segment.

1- First, you should look for a solid company with professionals licensed by the state of Florida so that you can have the best representation.

2- Study the areas where you plan to invest because many of these areas may not give you the expected return. Orlando is an excellent area to invest, but some properties with higher added value may not give you the expected return. So, having a professional who understands this will be very important to show you the property that will give you the best return and profitability.

3- Make sure you have insurance coverage for your homes in case your tenant has an accident or a dog bites a third party. Your professional should conduct market research to provide you with the best insurance coverage.

4- When coming to the United States to invest or move here, don't buy your primary home right away. Rent one because you can use part of that money (from the purchase) to generate income in the US and not have to convert your Brazilian Real to the US dollar. It's always good to arrive and rent, even to get to know the schools, neighborhoods, and effectively determine where you want to live.

5- Look for a solid immigration attorney or partner company. If your plan is to move to the US, having the best legal support to have your visa approved makes all the difference.

6- Find an accounting firm that has a presence in Brazil and the United States, so you can transfer dollars with lower taxes, open an account, and receive all the assistance you need.

On May 6th, the businessman will speak at the International Business and Wealth Conference (Cinep). The event will take place at the Hípica Hall in Brasília, with the aim of helping other investors achieve success in their businesses.

"I was invited to be one of the speakers at the event that will address the real estate investment area, with significant people from the Brazilian and American markets. My expectation is that maybe we can promote this partnership with these companies from Brazil that are holding these events. More than a thousand people have already registered for this event," said Nolasco, co-author of the Amazon best-seller "Think Big!".

Wagner is a crook and has and continues to screw over 100s of investors. Big talk but nothing he say’s actually happens in the end and investors get their 20% down investment lost or stuck in court.
