Honoring its Provençal origin, L’Occitane en Provence, a leading brand in high-performance and quality cosmetics and fragrances, resurrects iconic flowers from the world of perfumery to celebrate Christmas. The Noble Epine (Mayflower), Melilot (Sweet Clover), and Barbotine (Marigold) flowers take center stage and lend their names to the perfumes in the new 'Unforgettable Flowers' line, with intense notes steeped in history and transformed into a poetic reinterpretation of unique natural ingredients.

Each fragrance exudes the excellence of its respective flower's properties. Noble Epine, crafted by perfumer Shyamala Maisondeu, melds fruity freshness, floral and almond-like softness, and musky notes into a delicately romantic essence. Melilot, created by Julie Massé and Véronique Nyberg, blends green freshness with floral softness and gourmand notes, forming an elegant and surprising fragrance. Barbotine, signed by Fabrice Pellegrin and Ilias Ermendis, is delicate and fresh, with invigorating accords that accentuate the uniqueness of its natural extract, creating an aromatic floral fragrance.

In addition to their memorable scents, the cultivation of each flower also contributes positively to biodiversity, whether by providing food for animals and/or insects, enriching the soil, or helping producers diversify their activities. L’Occitane en Provence not only reveals the richness of the French fauna and flora but also supports their protection by funding projects focused on nature preservation and ensuring ongoing support for the region's producers.

Sasha Meneghel, the brand ambassador, stars in the campaign filled with references to the paintings of the French artist Oscar-Claude Monet.

"It was a very special campaign for me. Bringing back such classic flowers from perfumery and connecting them with Monet's timeless works was an opportunity to remind us that art is everywhere. Especially during this time of year, the most important thing for me is to appreciate the value of small details and inspiring stories, like those of these flowers," she concludes.
