Knowledge Without Borders: How the Globalized World Drives Your Growth

On September 14, 2024, at the São Paulo Book Biennial, lawyer Cibele dos Santos Tadim Neves Spindola launched the co-authored book The Power of a Story. The work presents an inspiring account of her journey, emphasizing the importance of never giving up on dreams. In addition to this project, she is the author of The Intermittent Employment Contract, published by Literare Books, and co-author of ASD: Stories, Cases, and Accounts of Autism Spectrum Disorder.

Writing books is just one of the many activities undertaken by this 38-year-old entrepreneur, recognized for her strategic vision and dynamism. Shortly after the launch of her most recent book, Dr. Cibele returned to the United States, where she is improving her English, pursuing a Doctorate in Business Administration at Florida Christian University, and expanding her knowledge of International Law. Additionally, she seeks to experience American daily life firsthand and understand the legal processes related to immigrant legalization.

Studying abroad goes far beyond learning a language; it is an immersion into distinct cultures that allows one to understand new perspectives and broaden personal and professional horizons. This experience fosters the development of essential skills such as adaptability, resilience, and empathy — attributes increasingly valued in the global job market. Learning different ways of thinking and working inspires innovative solutions to challenges, strengthens international networks, and opens doors to opportunities that might otherwise be out of reach.

In an increasingly connected world, this experience is a transformative investment that benefits not only one’s career but also their worldview.

“The international field is growing rapidly in Brazil, and many foreigners seek our services to resolve legalization processes, marriages, and other immigration-related issues,” explains Dr. Cibele.

Visionary and determined, she founded the Tadim Neves Advocacy office 13 years ago in a small room in the eastern zone of São Paulo. The business grew rapidly and now has three branches, having served over 12,000 clients in Brazil and abroad.
