The future of inclusion has a name, and it was born in Brazil. Selo Vitória, a social project that promotes employability and the empowerment of trans, travesti, and non-binary people, is writing a new chapter in the global history of diversity. Under the visionary leadership of Vitória Guarizo, Co-Founder and CEO, the initiative enters a new phase of international expansion, strategic restructuring, and the strengthening of a purpose that transcends borders: transforming visibility into real opportunity.

A new cycle of impact and female leadership

With more than five thousand registered participants, Selo Vitória proves that inclusion can—and should—be professional, structured, and sustainable. The project’s new phase is led by a triad of diverse female minds: Vitória Guarizo (CEO and Co-Founder), Daniela Porto (COO), and Fada (Founder and CMO). Together, they combine purpose and management with a strategic vision that positions Selo Vitória not only as a social project but as a global brand of cultural transformation.

“Every step reinforces how much Selo Vitória carries real purpose and impact. I’m very proud of what we are building—not just for the results, but for the transformation we promote,” says Vitória in an exclusive interview with Hooks Magazine.

This restructuring also marks a symbolic moment in the CEO’s journey, as she recently publicly embraced her identity as Vitória Guarizo, reaffirming the power of authenticity as a force for leadership and a symbol of resilience.

From inclusion to innovation: a seal that certifies transformation

More than an awareness project, Selo Vitória acts as a bridge between trans people and the job market, connecting talent to companies committed to diversity. In a country where only four percent of trans people have formal employment, according to ANTRA, the initiative stands as a concrete response to structural exclusion and institutional transphobia.

“Selo Vitória wants to prove that diversity is more than a topic—it’s a force for innovation,” afirma Fada, fundadora e CMO, que conduz o posicionamento criativo do selo.

Daniela Porto, COO, ensures that every partnership and internal process occurs with transparency and sustainability, pillars that support the accelerated growth of the initiative.

Izabelli Potter: representation that inspires

The announcement of activist Izabelli Potter as official ambassador marks a new chapter in the trajectory of the initiative. Recognized for her activism in support of the trans and non-binary community, Izabelli represents the perfect link between representation and professionalization.

“The arrival of Izabelli is a very special milestone. She has an incredible journey, full of purpose and strength. I am very proud of this partnership,” shares Vitória. The movement is more than institutional; it is political. Bringing a trans woman into this space of leadership within a certification and inclusion framework reaffirms that diversity is a strategy for the future.

International Expansion: from Social Innovation to Global Impact

After establishing itself in Brazil, Selo Vitória is preparing to expand its operations to Spain, marking the beginning of a global journey. With a model that combines social purpose, business structure, and impact-driven storytelling, the initiative is attracting the interest of international companies and governments that see it as an exportable case of social innovation from the Global South.

Vitória Guarizo celebrates this moment with prudence and enthusiasm. “For now, I cannot reveal much about the process in Spain, it is all confidential. But I can assure you that it is happening, and soon Selo Vitória will be present worldwide. Diversity has no borders. Respect is universal.”

Trans Talker: Dialogue, Action, and Belonging

Among the initiative’s most notable actions is the Trans Talker, an event that has become a reference point for promoting open dialogues on employability, health, well-being, and trans representation. Conceived by Vitória, Fada, and Daniela, the project originated spontaneously during a conversation among the three leaders and quickly evolved into a platform for exchange and active listening.

“The Trans Talker exists so that trans people no longer have to shout for basic rights. We want dialogue, not just about pain, but about potential and the future,” summarizes Vicki Demito, influencer and ambassador of the event.

The next edition is scheduled for November twenty-ninth, during Transgender Awareness Month, a period in which the initiative reinforces its mission to give visibility to trans issues and honor lives lost to transphobia on Transgender Day of Remembrance, on November twentieth.

Diversity as a Plan for Expansion

Selo Vitória does not approach inclusion merely as an ideal, but as a concrete structure. With each new partnership, the project reinforces that representation is only transformative when accompanied by real opportunities.

With leadership driven by purpose and strategy, Selo Vitória establishes itself as a platform for social impact with a global vocation, a movement that begins in Brazil but belongs to the world.

“Reaching five thousand registrations means that five thousand people believed in us, and we believe in them. This is the beginning of a revolution that is changing the world’s understanding of diversity,” concludes Vitória Guarizo, with the radiance of someone leading not just a project, but a new era.

Hooks Magazine Interview with Vitória Guarizo, Co-Founder and CEO of Selo Vitória

  1. Selo Vitória is experiencing a period of expansion and restructuring. How has it been to lead this new phase that combines social impact, business strategy, and international visibility?

I see a lot of potential in everything that is happening.
Every step, every achievement, reinforces how much the Selo Vitória project has real purpose and impact. I am very proud of everything we are building together, not just for the results, but for the transformation we are promoting.
Seeing so many people connecting, believing, and participating in this movement moves me deeply. Selo Vitória was born from a dream, and today it is a reality that opens doors, creates opportunities, and inspires change.

  1. The project was created with the mission of connecting trans, travesti, and non-binary people to the job market. What have been the biggest challenges so far, and what motivates you to continue this journey?

The biggest challenges, without a doubt, are the prejudices we still encounter in the market. But what motivates me to continue is precisely this: as a trans and travesti woman, I know that my very existence is already an act of resistance and transformation.

  1. The arrival of Izabelli Potter as ambassador is an important milestone. What does this partnership represent in terms of purpose and representation for the community?

Izabelli’s arrival is a very special milestone. She has a beautiful trajectory with the LGBTQIA+ community, full of purpose and commitment. She is an incredible-hearted person, with admirable character and inspiring strength. I am very proud of this partnership and believe that only good things will come from it.

  1. Selo Vitória surpassed five thousand registrations and is now preparing to expand to Spain. How does this internationalization reinforce the idea that diversity can also be a force for global innovation?

For now, I cannot reveal much about the process in Spain, it is all confidential. But I can assure you it is happening, and soon Selo Vitória will be worldwide. Diversity has no borders; respect is universal.

  1. One of the most inspiring initiatives of the project is Trans Talker, which fosters dialogue about employability, health, and respect for the trans community. How do you see the role of this event within Selo Vitória’s mission?

Trans Talker emerged spontaneously in a conversation between me, Vitória (CEO), Fada (our CMO), and Daniela (our COO). It was supposed to be just a dialogue circle, and today we are already heading into the second edition. I am very proud to see this project growing with so much purpose and love.

  1. The team’s female and plural leadership, formed by you, Daniela Porto, and Fada, brings a powerful perspective. How does this union of viewpoints contribute to the creative and strategic positioning of the initiative?

Fada is a cis woman, Daniela and I are trans women, and we all share the same feminine perspective on the world. We feel firsthand the prejudice many women face, and that is precisely why we bring this perspective with delicacy, strength, and awareness. The feminine perspective transforms, nurtures, and revolutionizes.

  1. Selo Vitória transforms visibility into structure and representation into opportunity. What is the main message you would like to leave for companies and people who want to be part of this movement?

I would like companies to act with more sensitivity and offer real opportunities, not just speeches. Many still turn a blind eye, and that is precisely why Selo Vitória exists: to inspire true change and make brands see, respect, and support our cause with pride.
