Vanessa Kirby Is Redefining Maternity Elegance on the ‘Fantastic Four: First Steps’ Press Tour

From architectural cuts to shimmering illusions, Vanessa Kirby has turned every stop on the Fantastic Four: First Steps press tour into a runway of high-concept maternity fashion. Styled by Andrew Mukamal, the actress — and soon-to-be mom — is rewriting the rules with sophistication, power, and poise.

In Paris, Kirby softened the tone with a lilac Givenchy gown from the Fall 2025 collection. Asymmetrical and halter-necked, the dress brought a quiet sophistication with flowing lines and refined draping. Styled with golden heels and minimal jewels, it captured that perfect French balance of subtle and striking.

At the CCXP fan convention in Mexico, Vanessa made headlines as she debuted her baby bump in a teal trompe-l’œil dress by Schiaparelli. The shimmering optical illusion — mimicking a swimsuit bust — created a visual play that was equal parts playful and elegant. Finished with Cartier jewelry and Manolo Blahnik heels, it was a masterclass in statement femininity.

3. Alaïa – Fan Event, Berlin

For the Berlin fan event, Vanessa stepped into a more daring narrative with a sculptural Alaïa design from Fall 2023. The look featured a body-contouring harness-style top and a flowing skirt with strategic slits and sheer panels. The bump was embraced with power, not concealment — a shift in red carpet maternity that felt utterly modern.

Kicking off the tour with unapologetic drama, Kirby wore a color-blocked Atelier Versace gown from the house’s 2016 couture archive. With structured cut-outs in blue and black, the look paid subtle homage to her character, Sue Storm, while asserting a commanding silhouette. It was bold, cinematic, and deeply intentional.

5. Loewe – London Premiere

For the London premiere, Vanessa delivered drama in motion with a fringe-covered Loewe gown in shades of electric blue. The look was pure movement — beads shimmering with every step — yet still molded to the contours of her figure, creating a dynamic blend of elegance and kinetic energy.

At the Australia premiere, Vanessa stunned in a Balmain Resort 2026 ensemble. Featuring sheer mesh and voluminous sleeves, the look balanced romance with strength. Her bump, framed in delicate transparency, became a focal point of visual storytelling — redefining the archetype of maternity dressing on the red carpet.
