‘INFLUENCER’ COVER EDITION - JULY 2025 ISSUE

On the cover of the INFLUENCER edition of Hooks Magazine, we feature Luiz Otávio, a name that may sound discreet at first, but resonates powerfully behind the scenes of the digital world. With a career that began early and a path marked by discipline, he has established himself as one of the most strategic minds in shaping rising influencers. By the age of 17, he had already achieved financial independence. Today, he leads a roster of standout online personalities with both firmness and sensitivity.
Far beyond a manager, Luiz Otávio is a builder of human brands. His work spans from personal branding to contract negotiations, guided by a deep understanding of each influencer’s essence. His approach is both intimate and analytical: he immerses himself in the nuances of every individual to create strategies that preserve authenticity while ensuring high performance. For him, truth and positioning are not opposites, they are complementary.

Brida Nunes and Ester Muniz are two living examples of Luiz Otávio’s methodology. Both have risen in the market with impressive projections, the result of a curated image strategy that honors their individual identities. Brida stands out for her powerful presence and strong connections with major names in the artistic world. Ester, on the other hand, captivates with her charisma and humor, which shine through in unexpected collaborations that break paradigms and stir up social media.
Managing such distinct voices requires more than tactics, it demands empathy. And that’s exactly where Luiz Otávio sets himself apart. He sees each profile as its own universe, always seeking the balance between spontaneous content and a solid, thoughtful strategy.

In a digital landscape that shifts with every click, Luiz Otávio stays sharply attuned to emerging trends, from the rise of natural, unfiltered content to the comeback of niche communities and the growing humanization of personal brands.
But Luiz Otávio doesn’t stop. His plans for the future are just as ambitious as the path he’s carved so far. Among his goals are expanding his agency, launching multiplatform projects, and discovering new talents poised to make waves not only in the digital space but also across the broader entertainment industry.

1. You started working at a very young age and achieved financial independence by the age of 17. What motivated you to follow this path, and what values continue to guide you today?
I started working very young, driven by an inner restlessness and the desire to claim my space. By 17, I had achieved financial independence, which only motivated me further to keep going. I’ve always been fueled by challenges and by the will to transform the reality around me. The values that continue to guide me today are commitment, loyalty, and truth. I believe that when you work with purpose and genuine dedication, results naturally follow.

2. You currently manage the careers of around nine influencers. What is your work process like when it comes to developing and positioning each of them in the digital market?
At the moment, I manage the careers of approximately nine models. My approach is entirely personalized: I dive into each of their worlds to understand their strengths, what they want to communicate, and how to position themselves strategically without losing authenticity. I work closely with them, structuring actions that range from personal branding to contract negotiation and content development.

3. Brida Nunes and Ester Muniz are rising names on the internet. What was the strategy behind their growth, and what do you believe is the key factor in their standout success?
In the cases of Brida Nunes and Ester Muniz, the focus was on highlighting what makes each of them truly unique. Brida has a strong personality and a striking presence—we turned those qualities into content and strategic positioning. Her visibility grew significantly after we built connections with names like MC IG, Anderson Neiff, and others. Ester, on the other hand, has a natural charisma, and we channeled that into humor, which generated strong engagement. Her collaboration with Kid Bengala, in particular, was a turning point for her visibility. The key difference, without a doubt, is authenticity. Audiences can feel when there’s real truth behind the image.

4. With so many different profiles under your management, how do you balance authenticity and strategy to keep each name relevant and true to their own identity?
Managing distinct profiles requires sensitivity. I always emphasize that authenticity and strategy must go hand in hand. Strategy without essence leads to something artificial, while authenticity without direction doesn't hold up in the long run. My role is to ensure that balance—keeping each name relevant, with a well-defined and unique identity.

5. The digital world is constantly changing. What trends have you been noticing, and how do you plan to use them to benefit the talents you manage?
The digital landscape is always evolving. I’ve noticed a growing appreciation for more natural, less scripted content, as well as a return to niche communities. Another key trend is the increasing humanization of personal brands. I plan to leverage these trends for my talents by deepening their connection with their audiences and exploring new platforms and formats.

6. What are your next goals as a manager and entrepreneur? Are there any new talents or projects you can share with us?
Among my upcoming goals are expanding my agency, discovering and developing new talents, and creating projects that go beyond digital, reaching into entertainment and traditional media. I’m already in talks with some promising prospects and working on launches that I’ll be able to share soon. I’m confident and excited about what’s ahead.
