1. How did the idea of opening SPA Nadja Fernandes in partnership with Sisley Paris come about, and what sets it apart in the beauty and well-being market?


SPA Nadja Fernandes was born from my desire to create a sophisticated sanctuary for the body and mind, in a welcoming and cozy space to pamper and care for clients in a unique and personalized way.

2. Could you share a bit about how your courses in management and marketing administration have contributed to the success of your entrepreneurial career?


In addition to my persistence and perseverance, I've always believed that entrepreneurial education is crucial for the success of any venture. Through my studies, I was able to put into practice the specific skills and knowledge that are essential for the success of any business.


3. The decision to put your name on the brand seems to have been important to you. Could you tell us more about the philosophy and values that your brand represents?


The Nadja Fernandes brand operates with respect and ethics, with my mission being to provide well-being to people, valuing each individual and motivating them so that in the face of their differences, they can position themselves and find daily motivation, getting to know and liking themselves more.

4. In addition to the SPA, we know that you are also involved in a line of semi-jewelry. How do you balance your activities in different segments?


I plan strategies during my week with a lot of dedication and love to be able to cater to these segments, which also align with the concept of working on self-esteem.


5. What have been the most significant challenges you've faced over the years as an entrepreneur, and how did you overcome them?


For me, the most challenging moment as an entrepreneur was during the pandemic. I've been involved in various business segments for several years, and this period was the most difficult, both personally and professionally. With a lot of reevaluation and a strong belief in myself, I persevered.

6. How do you envision the future of the beauty and well-being industry, and what are your plans for continuing to innovate and expand your business?


I am confident that the beauty and well-being sector will continue to thrive. Since the pandemic, there have been changes in consumer behavior, with a greater awareness of seeking excellent products that also care for the environment and minimize their impact. At Nadja Fernandes, we have always been concerned with this aspect. That's why we chose to partner with the Parisian brand Sisley, as they have consistently demonstrated their commitment to these values and continue to innovate every day. Our plans involve staying at the forefront of these trends, offering excellence with a focus on sustainability and environmental responsibility.
