An entrepreneur since his teenage years, Lucas has faced adversities, including a traumatic kidnapping that forced him to start over from scratch in Miami. Today, at the helm of EZPAG, he not only thrives in business but also helps the immigrant community by providing access to installment plans for cell phones.

1- How was your transition from working as a salesman in local stores to becoming a successful entrepreneur? What were the challenges along this process?

In making this transition, I learned not to be swayed by discouraging opinions and to persist even when others didn't believe. The challenges were many, from lack of support to the need to learn how to deal with the adversities of entrepreneurship.

2- How did the traumatic experience of the kidnapping impact your motivation and passion for entrepreneurship? What motivated you to continue after this event?

The kidnapping was a devastating moment that shook my confidence, but it also gave me a new perspective on life and business. I decided to start over in the US, turning the tragedy into an opportunity to rebuild my life and move forward with even more determination.

3- You mentioned the creation of EZPAG as a way to help the immigrant community. How did the idea for this project come about and how has it benefited these people?

The idea for EZPAG arose from my own experience as an immigrant and the need to offer affordable financial solutions to the community. Today, EZPAG benefits thousands of immigrants, providing them with access to technology and quality products conveniently and affordably.

4- What is the importance of social media in promoting your business and how do you effectively use them to boost your sales?

Social media plays a crucial role in promoting my business, allowing me to reach a broad and targeted audience effectively. From the outset, I recognized the value of social media advertising and have used it as an essential tool to drive sales and increase brand visibility.

5- Besides providing phones for entrepreneurs and offering installment plans for immigrants, what are the other services or products that your company offers?

In addition to phones for entrepreneurs and installment plans for immigrants, my company offers a variety of services and products across various sectors, including automotive, real estate, fashion, and technology. I am constantly seeking opportunities to expand our offerings and develop new innovative projects.

6- How do you maintain the continuous growth of your company's revenue and what role does technology play in this process?

To maintain the continuous growth of my company's revenue, I recognize the importance of technology and innovation. We use a variety of software and artificial intelligence to optimize our operations, improve efficiency, and provide an exceptional customer experience. Investing in technology is crucial to ensure that we can scale our business sustainably and maintain our competitiveness in the market.
